I don't normally leave reviews but I have to give a shoutout to Pat. I arrived at 7:59 and he took the time to help me despite my phone not working and my email not sending. Instead of telling me to come back tomorrow, he spend 20 minutes helping me like it was no big deal. He was very kind and helpful, thank you Pat!

Pat in printing was so helpful and super sweet! I couldn't figure out how to format my pages correctly, and messed up downloading the files and he sorted it all out for me. Above and beyond service!

Incredibly helpful and speedy process printing out documents that were hard to find on my flash drive. Zina did an excellent job and was patient with me while I was scattered and rushed needing to print large file sized documents for a meeting where I had only a few minutes to spare. I would recommend Zina or this Staples any day. Professional and friendly, 5 stars all the way!

Manager Mark was very understanding about my return with Co-Vid 19 & the stay at home in place I had lost my receipt for my item which was a pretty big deal, thank GOD Mark allowed this one time under these circumstances to return my item. Great experience! Just needed to print my resume from my phone. Even though the directions were right beside the machine on how to do it, I accidently passed them and went straight to the help desk. The woman at the counter was extremely helpful. She walked me step by step and she also went a bit above with putting her personal code into the machine so I could pay with cash since it only had card option. I really enjoyed my visit!!

Online ordering copies and prints was fantastic. Paid to have a rush done, and they did even a bit before. They were very busy, but professional and thorough. I've never had them mess up a copy order...can't say the same for their competitors. I'll be back!
