Literally the best interaction at a UPS store.
While on the line I saw how one associate literally helped a lady with Amazon return label even though she insisted that she couldn’t do it. He taught her. My box was open and I was hoping there was tape, I didn’t have to ask by the time my turn came up he was walking up with tape to help me.

Everyone needs an employee like this.

Every time I visit store 4790, Beeloochee Mateo is extremely pleasant and willing to help. He does it selflessly, and always with a smile. It is a joy going into the store and seeing his face.

Excellent customer service experience every time I visit a ups store. Great locations good vibes always attentive of what I need. I’ve used the mailing service for packages mailing service faxes stamps you name it they got you printing notarized letters always available for the services you need. Annabelle, what a fantastic professional! She is super friendly and always try to help customers. It’s at least the second time I visit the store and really have a great experience! Last time i requested printing of around 60 pages, mailing and pictures for passport- everything was done by her in a timely manner, neatly and professionally. I’m impressed! Thank you very much!

The manager at this store, Gerardo, is hands down the most understanding, patient, and helpful man in all of south florida. Me and my wife came in trying to print off labels and materials in order to ship out our wedding invites and helped us out along the way with every step. I really appreciate him taking the extra steps in order to ensure our needs were taken care of. Not to mention he and his coworkers did that at the end of their shift when it would’ve been just as easy to brush us off and avoid the extra work.

It's close tti home and they're open until 7p most of the weekdays. Courteous and helpful staff very well stocked during some times it gets quite busy but today I eased in and out in 10 min.

Beat customer service, I prefer to pay the extra $ to ship than to deal with the miserable slow post office. Super helpful whether it’s passport or shipping needs. Seems like a fun place to work with the friendly staff.

Not too long ago I reviewed, a local UPS store which was my Go To for years, But I had to change to another location, here in Hollywood, because the one in 3389 Sheridan is really, really bad. This store however, is the opposite, well organized, fast, Polite and professional service. Be sure to pick this UPS store is only 1.2 miles away from the Emerald hills one but a world of difference. No one will act as if it is a favor to give you an envelope.

This UPS Store is the best store I have gone to so far! The staff are amazing! very welcoming, and patient. I definitely recommend this team if you are looking for a quick and trustworthy service.

I’ve been dropping off Amazon returns at this location, as well as other returns to companies that use UPS. The staff at this location is always pleasant and helpful. Yesterday, due to the rising cost of USPS, I decided to ship a large package through that location. I was happy that the cost was significantly lower than USPS and the staff, as always was great. There are no long lines, like there are at the post office and parking is convenient and free. Thanks, UPS store on Hollywood Blvd :)

Al Rose, and Esteban are the greatest! I had a difficult time finding the store's location...BUT it was worth the delay! I have not witnessed such group cohesiveness like they share together as a team, in a long time..

I almist wished I worked there! I say "almost", because I am retired...Just want to add that if anyone is looking for great service by a great group of people, this is the place to come. I am leaving there today as a very happy customer!
