My experience today at this store. Jessenia and Ally are absolutely amazing and professional. They have my business. I will take this long drive for their customer service, professionalism and positive atmosphere in the store.

Pablo was so kind, professional and very patient with me. I am a senior citizen and had a difficult time after upgrading to an I14. I wasn’t able to get some services and had not had services in over a week. He not only resolved my issues but helped to make things easier for the future (ie facial recognition in case I forgot my password and to secure my phone if it is stolen. He is truly an asset to ATT.

I would like to take a moment and thank Jose and Ronnie. I had an unfortunate matter happen with AT&T that went on for one week. My Wife and I visited this store and received the most impeccable customer service. These Gentlemen went out of their way to satisfy a 15 year paying customer. There commitment, relevant attention, understanding and relentless efforts were greatly appreciated.

Lori and Robert provided us with excellent customer service. We went to the store on 441 just south of Pines Blvd, in Hollywood, Florida. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We were signing up for DIRECTV STREAM. There were some issues and they were so pleasant that we did not mind waiting. They made sure that everything was working properly, they showed us how to work the remote. No matter how dumb our questions were, they made sure we understood.
I would most definitely recommend that ATT store to all my family and friends. Honestly, the entire staff were friendly and helpful.

Great AT&T store. One of the workers there named Elizabeth saved me a lot of money and time on my internet bill. Very polite and straight forward to the point. Had amazing time while I was there. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent customer service. We were offered lots of options. They are very knowledgeable and well versed on everything that AT&T has to offer.

The facility was very clean.

I loved to see how everyone worked so well together helping each other when needed. The manager is to be commended on how well his team works together.

Jose was one of the most professional employees you Have. He went over and above to correct my very urgent problem on my phone. My husband has Demenga and it is critical that my husband receives by calls. It took Jose a good 3 hours to fix and he would not "STOP" until my phone was corrected. Wow!! talk about customer service??. He sets a prime example of what he does best and that is to stand by the customers of At&T. Please allow him the recognition of which he truly deserves.

Having difficulty updating my payment for ATT TV for a week now ,have spoken to many managers by phone and as advised walked into the AT&T store. Met with Danielle she understood my distress and was able to help me greatly. Though the problem wasn’t resolved she directed me the best she could and I appreciate it greatly. Awesome customer service! Please give credit where credit is surely due for Danielle.

Having a new AT&T around the corner of where I just moved made it super convenient to get my internet installed right away. The store had a great atmosphere even on a gloomy and rainy day, and the employees were all very friendly. Annemarie helped get me all set with a great deal, and she was super informative and was very easy to get along with. I'll be getting the new iPhone 12 with her as soon as I get my next paycheck!
