O'Reilly Auto Parts

I think there one of the better parts stores around. 97% of the time they have your part and if they don't they can have it first thing in the morning. O Reilly's in Grantsburg WI has the most helpful staff I've seen in a while.

Very helpful staff. They take the time to help you find the right product for your vehicle. Knowledgeable about the different types and good to explain the difference so you can decide what the best option for what you need. Willing to answer your questions and even help putting wind shield wiper blades on for you. Tyler changed my wiper blades very quickly. They had a great sale on them also!

When I stopped in the store I wasn't sure exactly if they had what I needing. The service person asked me what I was looking for and when I told her she brought me right to it. I was in and out within a matter of minutes which is always a great thing. VERY helpful and friendly service.

The young lady was very helpful. She helped me find a place to park my semi and she met me at my truck helped me get the correct size wipers and put them on for me. Wish I could give more thann10 stars

My engine light came on and my service company in Maplewood said I should go to an O'Reilly's and they would check it and give me a diagnostic code. I was in Grantsburg, so went to O'Reilly's there, and the nicest young man with dark hair came right out, plugged in his sensor, and in minutes, gave me the code I needed! It was cold and dark out, and he said "that's what we're here for" - I did not get his name, but would like to commend him for a job well done, and THANKS for your quick and very caring service!
