Coon Lake Park

This is a beautiful park. There are swings and a playset for little ones, and covered seating for picnics. There's also a ball field, basketball and volleyball courts, and restrooms. You can also walk across the water and fish from the boardwalk. It is great for all ages.

This park has a trail that goes around the lake that not everyone is aware of. The boardwalk crosses the edge of the lake then the trail continues to the east side where there are two foot bridges. At a moderate pace, you can easily walk around the lake in forty minutes. Trail is groomed in the winter for snowshoeing and skiing.

Cool park. Great spot to hang out and watch the sun set! Lots of lake shore to fish as well!

A really nice park. My group, the Dresser Lions, provided the food for the Polk County Mental Health Task Force event on Saturday, 9/24/22. They have an awesome kitchen building and pavilions. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite little parks!

There are flush toilets! Many pavilions to rent, one for sure, maybe 2 of the pavilions has a kitchen like area you can rent as well. There is a covered stage, baseball field, playground for the kids plus a nice breeze off of the lake. A long walking bridge towards the South part of the lake gives beautiful views of the nature all around the lake. Great place to take the kids for an afternoon of fun or rent a pavilion for a graduation or family reunion.

Very nice place to hang out. There is a baseball field, basketball courts, and sub-par volleyball courts. Also a cool playground there. Restrooms are available, docks for fishing, and pavilions with picnic tables

Park is very clean, my grandkids love the play area. 2 full kitchens in picnic shelters. You can rent them by calling the village office.

I grew up coming to this park they added some really nice buildings and fun things to play on. I do miss the giant metal slide but I think that was probably a killer so they took it out.

It's a nice clean little park with good choices for picnicking and a playground for the kids. Pretty scenery right on the lake.

My cousins vandalized this park bad earlier in the 90's but it's great they've cleaned it up, you can use the stage now.

It's a great Park to take your children to play. My kids love it there.

It's a small park but it's fun to go to and it's a super good place to fish!!
