Benson Ace Hardware (Frederic)

I went in to get a washer kit for a water shutoff valve and was helped right away by a gentleman that went above and beyond what I was expecting to find the kit I needed. In the process of finding the kit I had the pleasure of talking with another employee who was a pleasant young lady. I was checked out by a very friendly lady. All in all the employees that were working treated me as an old friend and that made for a pleasant trip. The prices are reasonable and the inventory was abundant with much to choose from.

Every time I shop at ACE, they have what I’m looking for. The employees are always helpful and kind!! It’s a great resource to our small town!!!

I purchased a intimidator utv from Zac at Benson’s hardware in Frederick wi and I can’t begin to tell you how great of customer service he offers and delivers! if you ever do business with him or his store you will never find better service I can’t say enough about him or the business 100% customer service and the quality of the intimidator is awesome in my opinion!

What a great hardware store. The set up is perfect with both the register by the door and employees waiting to help at the same location. I visit here often and they have a wide selection with the best service ever. I prefer this store over my local store in the twincities because of the exceptional service.
