Tin Shed Cafe

Not only was the service phenomenal but the food, both taste and presentation was immaculate. They 100% deserve 5 stars. Looking forward to coming back!

We stayed in Frederic for our anniversary at an Airbnb. We stopped at the Tin Shed for breakfast one morning and absolutely fell in love with this staff, this town and its community. The food is AMAZING and the staff are incredibly kind to every table. They work so hard. You get the sense that this community is very close and that this place is a staple in the town - it was beautiful to watch and we felt so privileged to observe the magic behind this place. We went back the next morning before heading back to the Cities and it was the same experience once again. Cant recommend this place enough - what a find for tourists passing through! Looking forward to returning to this restaurant in the future :)

A must stop for breakfast if you're in town! The pancakes are to die for, but there are a multitude of other delicious options as well!

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning, typically one of the busiest times for cafes in the area. They serve typical diner food but also have a few surprises on the menu such as the Swedish pancakes. We had great service, our waitress was attentive, the coffee was good, our food came out quickly. They serve large portions and are very reasonably priced. Definitely a new breakfast favorite for our family.

Wish I could give it 10 stars! Down home comfort food and personal service making you feel #1. And the atmosphere! You could spend hours there simply admiring the trivia on the walls. Don't drive through Frederic, Wisconsin without stopping by the Tin Shed Cafe for a tasty bite and a look at interesting license plates!

My friend and I have eaten breakfast here . The food is so good,home made bread and the atmosphere is very nice and nostalgic. The wait staff is fantastic and friendly. We like to get in and out quickly,and I have never had a bad experience. When I'm in town that's where I go

This was a great restaurant for breakfast. I’ve had a lot of omelets around the state as I’ve hiked the Ice Age Trail, and the one I had at the Tin Shed was probably the best. The staff was also really friendly and appeared happy to be at work, which you don’t always find early in the morning.

This is an amazing place for breakfast! The food was fantastic, staff super friendly, and the atmosphere warm and relaxing. Their pancakes were the fluffiest I have ever had. This restaurant is a must if you are in the area.

On vacation last week and we had breakfast here all but one day,great food and waitresses are awesome,we will be back in September and won't eat breakfast anywhere else.

Are you ever out of town and you get the idea that you want breakfast at the local corner breakfast spot - where all of the locals go?? It is just like a dream...the door is held open by smiling regulars. You walk in and the waitresses are talking to everyone by first name - you can't stop smiling. They come up and make full conversation with you. You see the menu and the special recipe SWEDISH PANCAKES stick out at you. That! That is what you want. You see the toppings and start to smile...whip cream bananas and pecans please! Not knowing what to expect you carry on with your conversation with your family or friends...your breakfast comes out just as you see the tables next to you being served - that omelet is loaded! Oh my gosh! The bacon is cooked to perfection. You see your plate, your eyes get big, you realize you just found your dream come true breakfast spot for when you go out of town. The pancake is hanging odd of the plate and every bite it soft and delicious. The waitress on the way out is sure to give a smile and say see you again soon - yes! Why yes you will!

Small town feel, big flavor, fresh food, awesome French dip and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Then we bought homemade monster cookies...

A classic cafe menu and decor... the new owners kept all the good stuff from Bean's Cafe and made things even better! Great food, wonderful service, comfy family atmosphere. Absolutely recommend!

Very good locally owned breakfast and lunch cafe. Popular with the locals. All the basics and good swedish pancakes. Nice owners, good service. We'll be back!
