AT&T Store

Great customer service! We have been coming to this store for over 3 years and Christina has always took good care of us. She is well knowledgeable about the phones and the company. I like that she listens to her customers needs and wants.

Christina was awesome helping me with my upgrade.

The service person was very helpful she told me what I came into the Store for I'm so happy that I went there and did not go to any place else that day.

Seriously have never been more angry in my life being slapped with a $1,200 phone bill, but have never had a more pleasant customer service experience in my life. Seriously have never had someone so determined and driven to help a customer. I’m 900 miles from home and have had better service through Daniel and Chris than I do in my home town. I would seriously drive back to this store again just to give these guys my business. Have gone above and beyond and would strongly urge anyone to come to this store for any of there att needs. I’d give these guys ten stars if I could. 100% satisfied with these guys. Can’t thank you enough

The staff here are wonderful people! I had an amazing experience! They made porting my numbers with Verizon over very enjoyable, & gave me a FREE tablet for signing up for Directv! I recommend this store for everyone!

Dakota was great to work with. Very knowledgable and took time to go over all the details. Went to extra mile to work with me regarding outstanding issues with my account. I recently had a major problem with my phone and it apparently involved something with my sim card and a code I had no knowledge of and was traveling several states from home and i stopped at a AT&T store in Salem Va. And to my surprise the rep at the store opened the doors at the scheduled time and greyed me with the enthusiasm and was very professional and had my phone up and running in no time and I might add his knowledge in his field was exceptionable I've seen a lot of fly by nights but this guy knew his stuff , friendly also and I was on the road within 20 min... Thanks for everything!

Came in this store for a problem with my account that occurred while I was out of town. The manager was super helpful and stayed past closing to continue to help. Definitely the best help I’ve had at any store.

They just changed management so I don't know how it was before hand, but the team in there now is phenomenal. Great service and they seem to care about the customer.
