Finish Line

Went to finish line in Boynton Beach last week walked in spoke with the assistant manager who was extremely rude she was not friendly at all. I honestly don't know how she is in this position. The day was changed by Yam and Josh who picked up on the attitude and they made up for her lack of customer service if not for these two associates I would never have felt welcomed. Thank you Yam and Josh for making me feel welcomed. Only reason I'm giving these 5 stars are for them.

I visited the Boynton Beach Finishline, and I must give a BIG THANKS to Carlos. I was looking for a pair of sneakers that I desperately wanted for me and my daughters to match. Carlos came to my rescue. He searched and searched until the he was able to find a store that has the shoes and asked for them to be transferred to their store for me. I will say that Carlos really displayed what great customer service is.
I am looking forward to return to the store to pickup our shoes.

I went into finishline store #539 in boynton and my experience shopping there was top quality thanks to the help of Josh,jaz, and Carlos. Sometimes you go into a sneaker store and you don’t feel welcomed that was not the case with they were quick to help and engage in conversation. Also liked that they asked if i would like to donate to what ever charity finishline was partnered with at the moment. Many places have donation options but the employees don’t inform people about it!!!

Had to come to the Boynton Mall because the one located inside the Macy's in the Town Center Mall of Boca does not accept returns from online purchases (boo), but this one was a gem. The guy greeted me immediately and was immensely helpful in figuring out how to return the package. Kudos to that gentleman, wish I had caught his name. Grade A!

Germain was really helpful. I needed help finding shoes for my son and he directed me to a 🔥 pair of shoes for him at a good price. It's really nice to have someone with such a helpful attitude help me find what I need.

Called ahead to ask if they had a specific shoe in stock and the gentleman that answered was very helpful. When I arrived it was almost closing time and they still helped me out without concerns. It was very busy and customer service was still on point.

Josh was super helpful and gave ne a wealth of information..
I will definitely be coming back...
