Panera Bread

What a pleasant experience! Josh was so welcoming and multitasking without a hitch or a wait. Give him a raise...he's a keeper. Food was very good too. Wish you still had the whole fried egg, but the scramble was good and the ciabotta so nice and warm. I like this location alot.

Food was prepared quick and followed custom order. Food came out and delicious. Restaurant was clean. Steak and Chedder Toasty and MacnCheese are our usual orders and they were made as expected.

Sean was very helpful. We really appreciated him helping us with the app. Love the green goddess caprese sandwich and the Autumn soup.

I am having such a great time at this location. Joshua is so great. We came in with a bunch of questions and needed help. Joshua was great. He was gracious and kind. I didn’t hear them call out my name for my food, and he brought our food to us. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Stopped in for soup with a friend and was not disappointed. Loved the autumn squash and the way the employee that prepped my meal took the time to tell me to have a better night.

I left my handbag behind me outside the Panera Bread and when I returned 20 mins later it had been handed in. Thank you to the honest person.

Best breakfast sandwich around. We get breakfast here almost every weekend. Very reasonable especially for the quality.

It’s been a while since I had great customer service at a place like Panera, Josh was so pleasant and professional and even came to our table to assure everything was okay with our order. Thank you for making our lunch enjoyable!

I had the best experience at this Panera Bread location today. Malcom treated me with a smile, was very courteous and provided great customer service. What a breath of fresh air he was. I go to alot of Panera breads through the county and this one is now my favorite. Thank you

..."Where everyone knows your name." 😊 This location has one of the more welcoming atmospheres than some of the others that I frequent. Plus the food portions aren't skipped on at this P.B.

The staff here are awesome!! They are friendly, kind and courteous. I have only good things to say about this location, but today I saw something that shocked me. I watched 3 older women reprimand a young male who was quietly eating his meal alone at a table. I was seated next to him and observed him consuming a large Panera meal. As many do, he continued to occupy the table after he finished his meal to do some work on his computer. One of the 3 women approached him and asked if he would leave the table. He apologized and said he was still using the table. Mind you, the restaurant was empty, except for all of us. The lady reprimand him and insisted "he couldn't be sorry" since he was choosing to stay at a 4 person table when he was only 1 person eating. The young man remained calm and again apologized. The 3 ladies sat at the table next to him and began talking loudly, while he was quietly trying to work on his computer. Of course, people come to Panera to eat and socialize, so there was nothing he could do. I'm impressed that he remained so calm and continued to do his work. He was a young male minority. The 3 older women were not. I'm not sure if race or age was a factor for why they targeted him, or if they just really like that spot. But it was shocking to see such rude behavior. I hope it doesn't ruin the Panera experience at this otherwise great location.

Had one of those Flatbread pizza didn't like to to to garlicky won't order that again the Ceasars salad with chicken was good hubby had a sandwich and soup he enjoyed that will go back for the salad
