I was here less than a week ago and was treated so rudely by a staff member. I completed the survey yesterday and the store manager called me this morning with such personality and concern. She apologized and told me she'd speak to that employee. I planned to go in to the store today to use a coupon and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I plan dinners & parties often and she even gave me a discount. Olga is the BESTEST! Thank you for understanding where I was coming from. DEFINITELY the store to shop for your party!🎊🥰🎉💯

Party City has everything you need to throw an awesome party. I found a beautiful rose gold metal party mask for a masquerade party. There were many choices: gold, black and silver metal, gold and silver rhinestone, feathers and Mardi Gras masks. I went in for sparklers and walked out with sparklers and the metal rose gold mask. That's what happens when you roam the store, you find stuff you didn't know you needed/wanted. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions.

I went to buy balloons 🎈 for my client's restaurant grand reopening. The young lady that helped me listened to what I wanted to accomplish. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made it easy for me to decide what I needed. The balloons were a hit at the restaurant.

I can not express how much I appreciated Brittany, the manager, for bringing my balloon order to me personally after Door Dash didn’t deliver it for my daughters 18th birthday! Thank you for the great customer service!

I have used this location a few times for various events & have always had a good experience. Delivery has always been spot on! Im not sure if have same person for all the deliveries but I seem to get same person? John. He is great, always accommodates an odd request. I've sent special bouquets to family when out of area & he elevates the experience with pics of our family member with the balloons, my mom got a real kick!... Don't find a lot of that personal touch these days, Thanks for making our day!

So many balloon choices!! I had not been here in a while. This is the place to go for beautiful large balloons. They also have d a recycling section to bring your used balloons. Anyway my party is at the park so no balloons are allowed. I was able to find the perfect table covering and matching accessories. No one else has entire colored collections like they do. Easy in and out also.

Overall a great crew. Helpful & wide selection of party supplies. Halloween selection is always on point.

Visited the Boyton Beach location today. Was served by Brittney who may have been the supervisor or manager. She was outstanding!! She spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out an alternative as the store was out of helium. Then she called around and helped me order online. Absolutely terrific!

This is where we go to get balloons for all of our kids' birthdays. They always have everything I need for parties and events. The place is massive and everyone is very helpful.

Had such a great time shopping for costumes with the kids. While we were waiting for them to come from the back we tried on different mask, they got to play with other kids and the customer service was amazing. I do want to say for it being such a busy time the place being so clean was a pleasant shock.

The Saturday before Halloween you know this place is going to be packed. My boyfriend and I wandered in looking for last minute costumes, along with everyone else! The staff was working quickly, efficiently and were so friendly. The line to check out wrapped around the store, but we only waited 5-10 minutes. That's a good working team!

Went to pick up birthday balloons it was quick you can placed order the day before n select a time you want to pick up its convenient you receive an email telling you order is ready store was not crowded.

They seem to have every you need. My sister was able find the pinata she wanted in addition to all the candy and stuff that goes inside.
