Macy's, what a great iconic store. The world will be a very different and disappointing place once wonderful stores like Macy's are gone and all that remains is online shopping and ghost towns where retailers once delivered their wares to the community. The only retail shops left will be tattoo parlors and pay-day loan sharks.

My son and I was suit shopping for his graduation suit. The the lady helping us was really nice and helpful. My son was so grateful, he gave her a hug at the end because we had an amazing shopping experience here. I would definitely shop here again and recommend Macy's to family and friends.

I am visiting from out of state and I take the bus here almost every day to score on the great deals upstairs at Backstage. Unbelievably great prices on everything from housewares to children's AirJordan clothing to women's shoes.

Great place to shop for that special gift they have many discount plans and you can earn points towards future purchases

I've given this Macy's in Boynton Beach 5 stars mainly for my excellent experience with customer service today. I had a 5 star experience with an employee/sales rep. Denise Roeser associate who was in perfumes dept.I was extremely glad I encountered Denise and Linda Bach vendor who really were exceptional with their customer service skill. They were very friendly courteous and helpful and took all the time I needed to help me find what I was looking for. Left there very happy from this outstanding experience and Denise and Linda should be commended for their exceptional service and assistance.After long period shopping at Macy’s I didn’t have this great experience!!!

Large and very clean Macy's. Sales staff very helpful and friendly. Good store. Lots of selection.

Nice clean store make note where u came in from all exits look the same. Change around all the departments. Took a while to figure out the new least out of the store. Everything is on sale today. Nice store still they did not fix the escalator going down. Been like a month already
They fixed the escalator. Same store. The escalator broke again and I was amazed they fixed it in two days. Wow. Even fixed the doors..
I go every night to walk nice store

I just want to say say the sales lady Margaret at the check out counter went above and beyond in her customer service today, helping my husband and I. She was so kind, patient and very helpful to the questions we asked and checking prices for us without an attitude like most sales people do. It was such a pleasure and really made our day and the shopping experience very nice. Wish more sales people were like this!

Macy's is my family's favorite place to shop. During the holidays they decorate so beautifully! There's always plenty of employees to help you find things you need.

Needed to purchase an item from my Christmas list. Macy's is the place to go for your sunglasses. Many brands to choose from Ray Bans, Oakley's, Costa, Gucci.... Very clean entrance. Very clean countertops. Very professional, friendly, service. In and out quickly. Great atmosphere and price.

Helpful service, easy to move around (Covid safe), pleasant experience, great deals. I even got the hangers with my dresses 😊

Other Department Stores come and go, but Macy's is a fixture.

My favorite store in this Plaza ! You can get all the good brands for women, men and children. Love Guess, Express, Lauren, Polo, Tommy, Puma, Carter's, INC, Calvin Klein, K Cole, assorted colognes, pretty bags, etc. If you go upstairs there's a Backstage with plenty of sales !

I usually just park by the Macy’s entrance and cruise through to the mall… But today we found everything we were looking for the moment we walked in the door! Great Tee’s, pants + accessories for both myself + my tween! It’s a great experience all around! Even more so when I was checking out… Turns out they were having an enormous sale on everything!!

CHARADY at the CLINIQUE COUNTER inside the Boynton beach Macy*s was AWESOME!! Im a LONG time Clinique customer though I usually shop online to take advantage of their 20 - 30% off promo codes! But I happened to be at Macy’s + I was out of my favorite serum… I decided to pop by their counter!

CHARADY was so helpful + knowledgeable!! She had excellent recommendations and even steered me in another direction if I’ve veered off course! She is honest + kind… just an absolute pleasure to be around to chat about moisturizers + my tweens skin + etc!!

I hope Clinique knows how lucky they are to have a FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE IN CHARADY representing their brand!!

Had to take back something. Very simple, once arrived at correct station. Store seemed well stocked, lots of sale merchandise. Staff always pleasant.

Macy's is the best place for men's clothing. Reasonably priced
