Friendly servers, clean, late night donut selecting can be limited.

Waited very long in drive through. This happens frequently. Wait up to 15 mi notes at times.

I see 1 review about an employee being completely false. Wenda Herger is playing a victim, it's hilarious. I was dining in and the customer was very rude to the short Spanish girl in the front from the start of the order. The employee was not making fun of Wendal, I was literally there.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ because the service is always great, it’s funny how certain reviews say otherwise. (Karen’s are always leaving bad reviews.) The food and drinks come out good all the time too. ❤

I wish I could leave ratings for different times of day. All I can say is I usually visit this location late at night / early morning and the guy they have running the place by himself absolutely crushes his shifts. He's fast and never messes up an order. I always hope to make it through before everyone starts showing up in the morning (5-6 AM or whenever most of the employees come in) because at that point, the service is lackluster at best. As disastrous as the service is at other times of the day / night, that dude working the drive thru at night warrants a 5 star rating. I don't know what his name is, but he seriously deserves a raise / promotion.

The facility is always clean. The team is friendly and courteous. The price is right.
I visit that location quite often. The service provided is excellent.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the atmosphere of this Dunkin’ when you first walk in - their renovations are AMAZING! They have the donuts displayed in the glass see through wall which ’makes it MUCH easier to see. Their iced coffees are dispensed from a ‘beer-tap’ lever you find in a sports bar.
I wish all Dunkin’s did this so it would be much more inviting to walk in rather than the traditional look all across the country. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Not sure of her name, but there is an awesome woman working the drive thru, sparkling mask on 6/5! She can upsell without you even knowing it! She is really great and I really enjoyed our quick run through the drive-thru. Thanks for the positivity! And the recommendation of adding that espresso shot to my ice coffee, was on point 👌🏻

I went to get lunch, they were fast, kind and I was in and out without trouble. Very good!

I called and complained because I had been denied service the night before during open hours. Taylor went above and beyond to remedy this for me. I just wanted my complaint to be heard, and she took it to her supervisor and even called me back to make sure I was satisfied. I wasn't going to go back, but Taylor kept me as a customer. Keep up the good work, girl!
