ACME Markets

Came here about a week ago because my boyfriend and I was in the area. And we had a very pleasant experience while here. We were able to find all the things that we needed with ease, while acme is pretty expensive, all the things we got were all at a very reasonable price. The self checkout process was also very nice, quick and efficient. Would definitely come back again.

Limited cashier staff. Cashier was quick and nice. Everything is essentially automated now the store closes at 10. This is a different store then it used to be. We go if we need a few items & I prefer not to shop here as a result of previous poor experiences and as I said the environment is really depressing tbh. Unfortunately there are tons of sketchy people in the parking area as every time I'm there I witness atleast two-three drug deals. These people don't even try & hide it.

Staff standing around at the front of self checkout just talking and blocking customers ways. It's a busy location, and I still don't come here often. Prices are outrageous!! I don't think that would change at another super market. Although I've been shopping at Lidls recently and have found they have amazing prices and products.

5 stars due to new Curbside pickup! I can start a list one day, finish it the next, pay for it and then someone grabs it all for me in store. We go to the store about 2 hours later and we're able to pull into a spot and pick up our order no matter how large or small! I am disabled and this is a life saver!

This is the ACME that I usually go to. They are normally well stocked even on sale items. I never have to wait long to check out. The store is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. They sell beer and wine here and have a good selection of that also. The vegetable produce section could be a litter better.

Had a great time at acme with the Coca-Cola caravan was there everybody I made friends with everybody was great

I love the quality of the meats and products, the variety is pretty large, what I don't like even though things are more expensive now a days acme seems to be a little higher than most supermarkets! Not happy about that there's no reason for that, if I can go to another Market that is lower like giant or fresh groce for some products I know they can do better on the pricing but the quality, especially the meats I love! You can't beat the quality so I guess for the quality I'll pay more even but they should probably share the wealth a little bit more with the employees!! Board of directors and CEOs on large companies or straight up to greedy so I think that is a factor not just with acne with all large companies

All the assistants are Wonderful. I live near Shop Rite, but I come here for your friendliness and great meats. Every aisle I went up asked for a certain item, your assistants made me feel welcome. Then I made a mistake at self checkout, and the cashier helped me with no problem. Love your store and I will keep coming back.

That store on Baltimore pike is beautiful. Very clean and nicely laid out. I was also able to find m favorite taco kits that I've been having a hard time finding. Customer service was spot on. Highly recommend this store .

This acme is clean and Stocked with great food choices. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh. The employees are always greeting myself and my Two year old son who loves to come shopping with me at the ACME. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Place was great and they had everything I needed also the deli was run very good.👍

All employees here are wonderful very welcoming . And right now they have the monopoly game here so you can win cash prizes and food items.

They still are a awesome store!

Well it's a super Market the most I can say because I'm not big on Supermarket shopping however this place was nice and clean inside the employees were always polite and willing to help plenty of parking on the outside and the carts are nearby your car and the front door. Prices are not that bad I would recommend this place. Not at all service dog friendly

They didn't have what I needed but the dairy manager explained why and I was good with that. Reason this is the best Acme and I always return to shop.

This is my Acme and I love it! I would never shop anywhere else. Store is always well stocked, even on sale items. Always neat and clean. Great selection of meats, as well as an amazing bakery! (This Acme has the best bakery items!) Yum!

I love places that are ultimately clean and very well lit at the time because I had going next door to home Depot I was able to benefit from shopping at your deli and of course the ham and cheese was very good for my lunch of course and if they continue to be a leader in supermarkets in the region I love to shop at acme

This Acme store is, awesome. The employees are very helpful. If they cannot help u find something, they go get someone who can. The meats are fresh. I have not had a issue with this store. The Monday discount on cooked chicken is the besssst, especially for Monday night football.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Katie in floral yesterday...what an absolute peach! She was so helpful, SO friendly and she looks like a fairy princess. 10/10 for hiring Katie, I'll be back for her energy alone.

Store is clean and organized. Staff was very helpful and super nice. Great stock of items with great sale prices. Would definitely continue shopping here.

Love this place always has so many good deals the meats are amazing we just had racks of ribs that were buy 1 get 2 free and they were amazing! Love this place so many extra good deals on the app as well and let's not forget the monopoly game!

The reason for the one star :
I am very unhappy with the Clifton Heights Acme location due to how easily my Insta Cart Pick up order could half- way missing due to someone stealing it. I had to come up Twice and it was a major inconvenience because I had my baby with me and waiting the first time for atleast 30.min. The InstaCart shopper Patty H and her Supervisor Shenika were very nice, kept me updated throughout the day and tried to rectify my order as best they could.They had great customer service (that is the Only positive part!). However, my original order had ALL OF MY ITEMS and were ready for pick up! And now they had no choice to substitute food items as best as they could or what was left over on the shelves, that were never on my.list in the first place or couldn't fulfill atleast 5 things. I went in to the store the second time and NOW I see how easily someone can just walk off with anyone's order and never be noticed at all! Im very unhappy with how that system is set up. It was a huge inconvenience today. If it wasn't for Patty and Shenika with their great customer service and going the extra mile to make sure I could have some (original) groceries on my list ,I wouldnt be shopping at Acme me again!

The updates they made at this acme is really nice. Better products much roomer. The staff here i must say are great. This is probably one of the best Acme in this part of delco. Quick lines also and tons of parking.
