Panera Bread

We were at this location grabbing a bite to eat. I orderd an avocado Chicken Sandwich. There was only 2-3
very small cubes of chicken in the sandwich. I brought it to their attention. The manager's name Walter was very nice. He apologized and made me another fresh one just for me. On top of that, he added a small bag chips as a bonus, that made my day and personally bought to my table. I was not expecting that. That's what I call it great customer service. I shall return!!

This creamy, delicious, flavorful, filling, and hot soup is one of the best soups I’ve ever had. The hot soup mixed with the delicious sourdough bread bowl is an amazing experience. The soup softens the bread and it makes one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The flavors are a match made in heaven.

Both days I visited the store the main sandwich area was where the general manger was. Communicating, thanking clients. It really adds to the atmosphere.

Very nice and the very prepared as we requested with our customization which is nice. Always delicious!

Sorry for the long waiting for your food. For ppl that are looking for employment PLEASE stop in and apply. With ALL the weaknesses that need to be worked on we can use you to make it better. With all of our strengths we can use more of that. My bosses are the best ppl to work for. They make work a lot of fun and it's something that I look forward to for the day that I work. I work in the dinner time to time however I work mainly doing the truck and the dishes. When I do work in the dining room I do it with love and passion as with everything else. Used the kiosk to order and had my salad slightly incorrect, but after going up it was swiftly remade with an extra piece of baguette for my trouble, furthermore I was allowed to package the error salad instead of knowing they were going to throw it away like in a lot of places. A very pleasant meal with delectable bread.

Love this place! Always clean. Staff is nice. And of course the food is as well. Great selection. I recommend the NAPA ALMOND CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH.

The food is pretty good I was surprised the macaroni and cheese taste good a lot of places really can't do that

One day best place to eat breakfast !! Also love terriyakiiiii chicken !! Super busy but food is ready within reasonable time. Parking maybe be busy and needs to look around for a spot !!

At this point they were open and not forcing me to only mobile order, so it could be horrible and still gets a 5 stars.

They did not give me what I ask for so I took the food back and the manager was very nice and she gave me what I ask for. And I would recommend this Panera store on Springfield Baltimore Ave.

I love the selection and quality of food here. The ordering process is fairly quick and streamlined, especially if you pay by card at one of their ordering terminals. The food is typically served promptly, and is always warm. I enjoy their fresh beversge selection. I recommend their "You Pick 2" option to get a variety of choices.

Great location and very cozy interior design. Would definitely come back. I always thought the prices were way too high but the mix and match deal is pretty good. The food is top quality for sure, while the workers were nice and attentive. Especially this one cook I asked where the cups were.

This new location is pretty good and looks beautiful. Never had a bad order and the staff is very friendly and helpful but not in regards of one manager which I've just noticed. To the balding chubby guy with glasses, when a customer thanks you for your service and tells you to have a good day, you acknowledge them and say, "your welcome" and "thank you". Your employees had better manners than you sir. I understand the ins and outs of this job as a former food worker and Panera Bread employee myself so please work on your people skills.

Excellent service at the Springfield Pa Panera Bread !! The manager Ryan is always there and is so pleasant all the time !! We order frequently from this location ( especially during Covid ) and have always been happy with the service and fresh food . Recently ordered for a socially distanced picnic and this am for brunch -amazing service when they accidentally forgot to put item in the bag and they personally delivered with some gratis goodies -wow ! Doesn’t get any better than this ! Thank you ! 😊

My daughter purchased a meal from Panera for delivery. The third party delivery service Door Dash brought the wrong order with a delivery driver who barely spoke English and then told us that he would have another driver bring us the correct order which was a lie. We called the Panera store and spoke to the manager, Dawn, who told us that my daughter could come to pickup the order and we would be refunded the cost for the inconvenience! Kudos to Panera for their excellent customer service!! Shame on Door Dash!!! We will totally purchase from Panera in the future!! Awesome customer service!!

Nice Panera Bread location. Easy parking. This is a great place to have informal business meetings of up to three or four persons

Friendly staff. Food was delicious as always. I had the choose 2. A cup of Tomato soup and half of a Bacon Tomato Grilled Cheese sandwich. And I got a free cookie through my Panera account since it was my birthday!

Panera cant be beat!!! The soups are amazing, but even the sandwiches are great!! With every soup/ sandwich order they let u choose either an apple or a bag of chips or a hunk of bread as an extra side and the staff is always super helpful and friendly.

Panera is always great. I love their food and the environment. I usually come here to "get away" and/or do work on my laptop. This particular day, my order was messed up. I politely told the manager, and he made me a completely new (whole) sandwich (the sandwich I had was a half). He was very pleasant and willing to accommodate me. I later realized that my salad didn't have chicken in it (which it was supposed to come with), I informed him and told him it was fine (since I had eaten it already) and that I didn't want him to go through the trouble of replacing it or giving me anything free (lol). He insisted on giving me a bag of blueberry and orange scones. Made my day :). I'm always happy with my panera experience, but it's customer service like that that turns someone from a frequent customer to a loyal one.
