Super good customer service, I loved the quiet atmosphere.

Came in for 8 sandwiches, box of coffee and 12 donuts. In and out within 5 minutes. Everything was nice and clean and everyone was friendly. Thanks for the efficiency.

The staff here are among the friendliest in the industry and have an amazing efficacy for thier job. The drinks are always accurate as well as hot and served with a smile. Highly recommend if you're in a rush and need something quick to keep you going.

I have 4 Dunkins by my house that i can stop at. I drive 15-20 minutes to go to this location in Springfield. Ironically, this dunkin is directly across the street from where I work. They get very busy during peak hours but they take the time with each drink to make sure it is right. I have never had a problem with my coffee or how it came out with them. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. Since I go there every shift, I get greeted with eye smiles since they still require masks, but I can see the warm friendly welcome as soon as I walk in. Highly recommend this location, exceptional customer service. I also go to this location on my days off.

I lost a valuable item from my purse while paying for my coffee. After a few hours of retracing my steps I contacted the store. They were very polite and had held the missing item in the back until someone claimed it. Honest, hard working, friendly staff!

I was so impress with the speediest order system. Your food was served well heated. This is my first experience in all of the stores that I have purchased. Share your knowledge with the other Dunkin chains.

Staff is always so friendly and remembers my order every time I come in! Plus, this is the only dunkin donuts I know of that puts the perfect measurements of cream and sugar in my coffee (ie. No leftover chunk of sugar on the bottom of cup.. I'm sure we all have experienced that).

This store is always cleanly and decorated according to the season. Plus the night shift guy is awesome. He makes my coffee and food perfect everytime.
Unlike the other dunkin that I have been to, they never have to be told to put liquid sugar in my Iced coffee cause they do it the first time which is always a plus in my book. I definitely recommend this location above all others in the area.

Fresh, real Fresh donuts 🍩 clean, fresh coffee (important to me); it means they clean their pots regularly.

This my favorite local Dunkin. The staff is fantastic! They are very friendly and helpful and they ALWAYS make my iced coffee perfect. I've never had to send it back because of too much or too little flavoring, cream, etc.

What can I say I love DnD. My day doesn't start until I get my meduim extra extra. It's my favorite coffee. If in Delco only, they make it prefect everytime down to even the temperature of drinking it! Go outside of delco and phila. It's not the same. This DnD does provide longer hours. That is one thing I am not happy about, most DnD are not opened late. Closing by 6 or 7 on or not open on Sundays. I like to have a coffee or hot chocolate at all hours of the day. I do wish if they want to close early then open up earlier. Lots of people are heading to work at 4am.
