My furbabies love this place my pocket hates it. I just wish they would make animal stuff more affordable. If they made animals less expensive to keep more people could help and keep them.

I was very happy with the time the store associate spent with me as well as the Mom and autistic boy ahead of me. She took time to explain what needed to be dome to ensure the fish purchase was successful

The associate Ash is perfect! She's very informative and helpful. I went to purchase a ball python enclosure and she made sure no stone was left unturned! She made sure I had proper equipment and knowledge... really made me feel way more confident than I was walking in!

Very friendly and helpful staff! They even helped hold my pup's leash while I carried his new crate to the car!

Jessica always does a phenomenal job with my dogs. And I found some really cute jumpers at the clothing section. A great deal on Greenies and some half off dental chews my dogs love

Run of the mill pet store. Great selection, and their groomers are great. We take out dog here to get her nails clipped, and they do a good job.

We adopted our female dog, Sky, from PAC, Media, PA. Living close to Petco, we purchased and will continue to purchase all of our pet supplies from this location. Great Customer Service and whatever pet supplies we need, they are always available.

Bill Is Absolutely AMAZING! He Was So Kind, Patient, Friendly, Informative, & Helpful. As A New Puppy Owner I Have No Idea What I Am Doing, I Couldn’t Even Calm Her Down When Bill Approached Us But He Was Able To Settle Her Down. My Puppy Even Peed On The Floor While We Were Talking & Bill Cleaned It For Me With No Hesitation. He Also Gave Me Some Great Tips On How To Train My Puppy Better, I’m Seeing Improvements Already! Chase Was Also Extremely Kind, Helpful, & Knowledgeable About The Requirements To Get A Dog Groomed At Petco. I Am Very Impressed By The Quality Of Service I Received At This Location.

I visited my local store for deworming medication. I didn’t know what type of worms my dog had so I asked a young lady for help. She gave me an all in one medication that would help for 4 different types of worms. She was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. She had to sit on the floor to get the medicine out of the cabinet , and my intrusive, no boundaries having bulldog sat right in her lap until she was done.

The 2 reps that were there to assist were great. I can’t remember the name of the other lady that assisted but I can remember Ash. Completely helpful, pleasant and patient. Thanks to you both

Victoria is very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. She does a great job with my Pitt bull terrier. I only take my furbaby to this location to get groomed. She hates the kennel dry so they also give her that special attention she needs. Keep up the great job!

I went in not aware it was almost closing time purchased cat and dog food also the worker took time to explain how I would be able to tell my bird is an boy or girl very helpful because I want to get her another friend to hang out with but now not so sure I'll just buy her an lot of toys to play with because two girl birds do not get along. I went in on 03-25-2023 and you have to watch them check your receipt because they did not even care when the over charged us by $19 dollars gave it back but we're guilty SMH
