I used to shop here a lot. I need to get back to JCP. They have my sizes and a good selection and the prices are decent.

I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but we had to wait a long time for help because there was only 1 sales associate helping a slow customer. I would never make anyone wait long to spend their money.

In a huge mall with everything in it! Lots of selections on new items. Has good stuff and deals on clearance!

JCP has quality items and typical retail staff.. (I didn't see you and casually walks away). It happens. I'm thankful they still have their portrait studio! Their returns department is very efficient.

*PRO TIP: Kindness goes a long way. If consumers start their interaction friendly, the staff reciprocates! Remember, they are their to help.

The retail associate in furniture helped me immediately solve the issue that brought me in today. As I entered the furniture department , the associate stopped what She was doing and came over to help me and explained exactly how to return the item I needed to exchange. I left feeling so happy to know that my new chair was on the way and the one I could not use would be picked up from my home by UPS within 2 days. Receiving great customer service is always a joy! 😀

It was a fun shopping experience. I enjoyed it. Here are some dresses I tried on from the 70% off rack that I didn't end up getting up were still a great deal! Definitely check it out now, while the sales are going on.

They had a promotion that was simply phenomenal! I couldn't use it for my lovely Clark shoes but I could use it for the rest of my purchase. If you are looking for great deals, please don't hesitate to shop here, at the clearance racks. You can find items that you wouldn't normally buy because possibly out of your price range. But, let me tell you, when you find it on sale, it's like you've struck gold!! I love shopping here!

I love the feeling of touching and being in person with what I want to purchase. Online clothing shopping can’t compare to the tactile feeling of actually having it in front of you.

Employees very helpful. One in particular had assisted us in finding a certain style of jeans and, when we got side-tracked, had found us in another section of the store to show us a selection of what we had been looking for. We ended up buying 3 of the 5 pairs.

Vince was the best. Customer service as it should be. The shoe dept. Was the worst. I found at least 3 pairs of shoes that someone swapped for new ones in boxes. nasty just nasty..JC Penney used to give you that high end store experience with cleanliness and quality of service I don't know what happened but I wish it would come back.. I'm giving 5 stars because they have Vince good job oh yeah the mgr. That was at the door I apologize for forgetting her name but extremely professional and understanding.. Thanks for finding my phone..

Love JCP!! great deals always! Tip: If you have the shopping itch, rummage through the sale racks & patience & diligence is your mindset,.. Great finds!!! Name brands, lots of sizes, designs. Floor staff is well trained & accommodating, very willing to help, knowledgeable. My go to place for all gifting holidays & celebrations.

Still my go to place for most of my clothing, beddings, jewelry & more. Busier than ever, we are happy to be back! Well stocked racks, selections; awesome deals & coupons!! Great staff! We are going to support this store forever ❤!

My friend loves this store. I loved it too, because she offered to buy me some clothes. Got some cute tops and pants at a bargain price. Love their clearance. Good customer service.

Note to corporate: please reconsider providing gift boxes for customers requesting them with their purchase. Little touches like that set you apart from other retailers - and it is a helpful convenience to have them available.

I have lost 45 lbs and i had no idea how to shop being a size 5/6 and 3 in some things from a 14. So the staff saw my frustration and they all helped me. I don't think i would of bought anything if it were not for the sales staff. This store has very professional nice ppl who are very accommodating!

Amazing!!!! I wish I could remember her name, but the girl in the jewelry section wad so nice and helpful and fun and just such a sweetheart!!!!! Makes me want to go back!!!! She needs a raise!!! I was there with my sister on Saturday at around between 5 & 6 p.m. So, if her bosses are seeing this, please give her a raise
