I had an amazing experience at this Best Buy. I came in to purchase a laptop. I can honestly say I was being annoying with my indecisiveness and trying to price match everything. But Chris and Levi where extremely patient and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had and guided me to the best option for my needs. I took my sweet time making decisions and deciding weather or not to finance. I went back and forth and they continued to help me with a smile. THANK YOU Chris and Levi!!!! You two are great people and have a talent for customer service.

Took my bosses laptop in to get serviced. Eddie helped me out and was very professional, explained everything in detail, he was extremely knowledgeable. Been in customer service for 20 years and this gentleman was superb at his job. Answered all of my questions about tech as he wrote up the report. And it was quick and easy. Great geek squad staff and Eddie is awesome

Just left and wanted to type a review asap, incredibly helpful and awesome staff helped me with an issue at checkout as well a return.

I think their names were Jake, Ms. Rhonda and a gentleman wearing a black shirt were the ones that helped me at checkout, and it was the staff working the customer service desk with one member training another. They were all awesome and made everything go by fast, effectively, and were incredibly nice. Normally I wouldn’t post a review over stuff like this, but for staff members like this I had to. Appreciate their help!

Ordered the product we wanted online for pick up. Easy as can be, walked in, scanned the code as we got into the no wait line. A team member quickly greeted us, checked my ID, and handed me our order. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesone!

Had already purchased a laptop online. Took it back to swap for another as a 14 inch was too small for my old man eyes! Exchange was easy for a 16 inch laptop. Great service from Best Buy.... And no, not some paid poser from the web...

I was looking for a very particular usb-mini to usb-c cable, this is a huge store and quickly realized I needed help. Thomas was a total rock star!! He went out of his way to ask other co-workers and ran up and down the store to help me find the cable I needed, they didn't carry it but he came up with a solution and found an adapter that would work with another cable I had.

Thomas had an awesome attitude the whole time, he was genuinely doing his best to help me and find a solution. It was incredibly refreshing and uplifting to experience this level of excellent customer service!!

It's one of my favorite stores. They have it all when it comes down to electronics.
I was greeted by some guy named James at the entrance. He was friendly and was able to answer a few doubts we had about a purchase

They usually have a good selection of video games and collectibles here. Since the Santee location closed, this is the closest to me and I hope they survive.

Customer service is usually pretty quick whether I’m returning or picking up an order. Also, you can recycle all electronics like computers and monitors which monitors are free as long as they are small enough because in California there’s no fee. Just go to their website and see the measurements It has to be under.

The parking is a little tight as you’re sharing a lot with Aldi, Texas Roadhouse, HomeGoods, and a few other stores in the strip.

Easy to make an appointment to change a laptop battery. They don't carry the battery but the technician told me the battery # l had to get. I returned with the battery and they installed it.

Went shopping for a new gaming pc as the one I ordered off ebay had been damaged during shipping. Eric was very helpful and was able to assist me in finding the exact specifications of the computer I purchased. 10/10 shopping experience.

Best Buy staff Bailey is the best. I was trying to look for a 4090 video card for two days and on my second day of search I did not go empty handed. I was about to exit after not finding the item in-store but he took the extra effort to find it and make sure that I got what I have been wanting. Thank you! You are amazing!

They so carry along of things big Store they have an apple display and I think Microsoft display logitech mouses and keyboard are isle 9 off to eight and back of Store as tou walk in

The staff at the El Cajon store is amazing. I've never had a single time where I went in and wasn't met with friendly professionalism and a crew willing to give me there all. The geek squad is very knowledgeable, honest, forward, and immensely helpful. From the warehouse folks all the way to the manager and all those in-between, I commend you all for always giving it your all, being patient, professional, diligent, and being friendly. 10/10
