Large selection in men, women, and kids shoes. Their clearance area always has a hidden gem if you look closely! Went in to return shoes I bought online and the return process was fast and easy. Came out with four pairs of shoes the deal was so good!

They have remodeled!! I haven't been in a long time, so I don't know when it happened. There was a nail salon, a shoe repair and a pop-up shop for learning how to make flower arrangements. Lots if shoes to look at, some clothing and purses. I always admire those stores that try to keep up with the times by changing how they appeal to customers. DSW is now an experience, not just a shoe store. Kudos!!!

I had a great time trying on athletic sneakers there. The workers were very helpful and nice and the selection was great! I really enjoyed my interaction with a nice women in the ASICs isle. She was able to get my size 6.5 down from the top and was super nice! I wish I would have gotten my helper's name! She said she was new, but really helped me out!

Awesome! I love it when I'm looking for specific shoes to wear for any occasion, I know where to go. At DSW, it's like you're opening a full big closet of shoes and you find the perfect shoe to go with any special event, whether it's a birthday celebration or your girlfriends party or a business meeting, etc. I've been to many DSW stores and they are all big. I like this location here at polaris because they have a shop that fixes belts and fixes any shoe issue, and you can even design your own shoe there. They have another shop inside that offers different services such as foot massage and nail/manicure services including skin care too. It's pretty cool 😍😍

Nice store for top premium designer brands that quite pricey in my opinion but the value can also be regarded as priceless.

As a Guy, this was the best shoe-buying experience ever. No one bothered me. (One employee asked if I needed help, I said "No," and from there I was left alone.) I found a couple of pairs of shoes I liked, and my size (11-11.5) was there on the shelf to try on.
I found shoes that fit, waited in an appropriate line (just the right number of cashiers, where I waited for a few minutes, but not too long), and easily checked out with a really nice cashier, and went on my way.
This review may only apply to me, and people like me: that don't want a ton of interaction, but a good selection, and a quick, pleasant checkout experience. But if that describes you, this is a great shoe store.

We visited the W Nail Bar inside DSW. Great experience!

It was really nice. Clean and plenty of stock. The cashier was even nice enough to give me a birthday coupon even though my birthday was yesterday. And she reminded me that there was a free mask with any purchase. The one I wanted was a $15 value! To me that's a lot. I didn't hear any other cashiers reminding people about the deal. Super positive experience today.

Starting to love shopping here. You can find some pretty nice stuff in the clearance section which they usually have a promotion on top of the marked down prices.

It's a great place with a unbelievably huge selection. Although I wear a triple e shoe there are a few selections there. However the rest of my family are fitted well at the store. Great name brands great prices. Very good customer service. Very diverse group of people. They hired my 16 year old daughter which made me very happy. Love this place, love the management, love the inventory and prices.

I really don't like shopping. The soles of my boots had holes in them and were completely failing apart, so it was time to bite the bullet. My mom gave me a $20 off coupon for DSW when I was visiting, so we stopped here when we were visiting the in-laws.

It's a very big store compared to others I've been to. There was a large selection which was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also want better crowded which I definitely liked.

I found a pair I liked, but they didn't have my size. They said I could buy them online, but they were on clearance in the store and not online. When I asked if there was anyway I could order them in store and have them shipped for the store price, the sales women said they weren't supposed to but talked to her manager who said it was ok.

I was appreciative of how accommodating they were. Because of that, I was able to get new boots for a very reasonable price of $40.

While I don't like shopping, it was an overall good experience here.

Shoes!! Selection is great and you can usually find a coupon or something online. They do offer curbside and in-store pickup which is super helpful if you don’t want to go in and be tempted by all the shoes. Definitely sign up for the rewards program. Doesn’t cost anything and you earn points towards money off purchases.
