Great! Nicely set up. As well as the guy with the beard was VERY HELPFUL!! ALTHOUGH I forgot or didn't catch his name. He was just amazing as far as customer service as well as knowledge of his products. Very very helpful also gave me great idea and giving me info about what I actually had and things I should/could get to protect my product, Exspecially after asking about a certain one. Just Great and friendly atmosphere, AMAZING customer service, as well as a great experience! Thanks Mr . Beard from Radford lol. (was at same location just to be clear)

My favorite GameStop in the valley. Great customer service. Always fun to browse. Look for their deals and snatch up some gamer loot! The manager is a really nice guy he is a great conversationalist and will recommend things based on your taste without being pushy. He's an enthusiastic salesman. I don't even buy video games much anymore, I go in to get other geek stuff and check out their sales.

The young lady who assisted me promptly greeted me. She knows her enventory. She also explained benefits of the Warranty option.

So helpful. I shop for my kids and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel welcome and comfortable asking questions and get knowledgeable answers.

Went a little crazy with the 50% off markdowns today. Got a bunch of goodies and a few things to tuck away for Christmas. I'm thrilled!

The manager at the store was very nice when I walked in. I asked him and the other employee that was there if they and any Dawn Shadow Xbox one controllers and they said not in the store or online but they did look up what they had online and showed me all the options that I could get and got an order placed. Excellent service and no doubt will be going back soon.

All the products I get from here satisfy me completely and works great no matter what it is. What I really wanted to focus on though is the employees. All of them are very helpful and help you find exactly what you are looking for. They will work with you if there is a misteak and do everything they can for you to fix it. I would recommend GameStop over anywhere else because of the employees and the unbeatable prices. Don't buy your games or accessories anywhere else before looking at GameStop first!

They are the best GameStop around, now that the Tanglewood location is closed. Their team is friendly and their location is clean and well laid out.
