I had a good experience today at Office Depot. An associate helped me find the product I wanted and then arranged for a discounted price. The check-out associate also was most helpful.

Still the best place for basic copy / print services for my needs. Very convenient location, great hours of operation, ease of use to send documents (Great help for me right now) to the printer to print for me, love the rewards program, easy shopping for other items I may need or can use at great prices. Also reasonable prices for color and black and white copies . The sales representatives are very helpful as well.

One of the last remaining large office supply + printing stores in the Berkeley/El Cerrito area. Five stars for:

- staying open til 7 on a Saturday, which recently helped me meet a deadline.

- having a really easy way to email a PDF and print it at the store, and a nice store rep who explained this when I called asking about rush printing services

- carrying all the supplies I needed to make posters for a garage sale

This Office Depot has everything you want: friendly staff, excellent customer service, and a great selection. The store is huge by Berkeley standards, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The manager Nate is kind, funny, and helpful. He’s a problem-solver and warm with clients and staff. The cashier Navin is efficient and always prioritizes giving the customer the best experience. Victor the print supervisor is brilliant and experienced, and goes above and beyond with creativity to help people make their marketing and events truly special. Cassandra is dedicated, kind and detail-oriented. Livia goes out of her way to make clients feel special and taken care of, and she can put a smile on anyone’s face with her service. Richard is extremely skillful and solving computer problems and finding the right technology solutions for the home or business. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, affable, and routinely goes out of his way to help customers get just what they’re looking for. Brenda is a great listener and can help clients all over the store. Scotty works hard every day to keep the store well-stocked, organized, and running smoothly, and he brightens the store with his smile and great singing voice. Angela is dedicated, diligent, and a great storyteller. Deandre has charm and humor and will turn a first-time visitor into a repeat customer. All in all this is a excellent store with great staff. Shipping via USPS or FedEx is super convenient and much easier than at the post office. Printing documents, flyers and more is convenient. I would recommend using the Office Depot website to order any printed material because it is fast and easy. This is a great store and the people who work there are gems.

Perfect customer service, price matching offered, found everything I needed. Probably the easiest task I'll accomplish all day. Thank you.

the staff is extremely helpful. the rewards program and discount coupons usually save me 25%-35% off the retail price. the store is always clean and well stocked. i look forward to shopping at the gilman street office depot. keep up the great work.

After purchasing online two times Inc for my HP printer, none of them would work, and I realise they were clones . decided to come to Office Depot to make sure I buy the original. HP P It was a little overwhelming because of all the selection Naveen from the register, came immediately to show me on the shelf which one was the correct I would say there is nothing still like supporting local business no shortcuts Somethings are you still better to buy at the local shop and support? Or truly amazing with awesome customer service. Thank you so much Navin . You guys have customer for life as long as hopefully you are in business and I live here.

Manager April and Oraila provided me with professional quality customer service. They both supported me with my detailed printing order request while displaying knowledge on my image sizing, best image quality and best paper to use. I am a detailed person, so I appreciate them also being patient. My order was completed successfully and ready for pick up within 24 hours.
