I really enjoyed my experience today. The worker there, her name is Amber, she was really nice and helpful. She handled everything really well and gave me a rundown of everything that was done during the process of me upgrading my phone. So if you ever go to this T-Mobile, make sure to ask for Amber.

The manager Shenica was absolutely amazing, very kind, helpful, and considerate today when I was picking up my phone before work today, I thought I would have had to come back the next day due to time constraints but Shenica was super quick and helpful with not only getting me what I needed but also making sure I was able to leave on time for work. 100/10 would absolutely recommend.

My phone was stolen. I lived in Gastonia. My work was close to this tmobile location. Matthew thank you for assisting me and helped to get my claimed and have my phone get fix today, very helpful and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for being sonkind and helpful! I would highly recommend this location services to everyone. I was very happy with the expedience, directing me one of the Assurance phone repair shop. Thank you Matthew!!

My girl Betsy! What a god send! I spent 12 hours on and off the phone over the course of 2 days trying to get my SIM card issues resolved. Needless to say I was on the verge of a mental breakdown at this point. I had been passed back and forth by the phone support like you wouldn’t believe. Super Bets came to my rescue, she was professional, she knew how to work with the tech support, she was truly a rockstar! After the tragic day I had on the phone she had me laughing and completely transformed my T mobile experience for the better. If you’re having a tough time and need results Betsy is who you should talk to!

Just had an awesome visit at this Tmobile location. The atmosphere, music and layout are so welcoming. Our specialist Amber was great. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Compared to other locations this one was hands down the best. Thanks again Amber!

I just needed to send a major shout out to Rashika at T-Mobile 801 Providence Rd location. She totally made it a smooth transition with upgrading my iPhone. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Every question I had about the process was answered without hesitation. She knows her stuff and made sure I understood the process before I left. Shout out to Christina too, she came through clutch with assisting with the case protector application! I will use the store again for product purchase or question/concerns.

Matthew was a huge help when I was looking to get a new phone. He helped me get an updated phone plan and was patient and had amazing customer service!!

I was having issues transferring the data from my old iphone to a new iphone. Amber explained everything that I needed to do; she was patient and helpful - and this was 30 minutes prior to the store closing. She is an exemplary staff member.

I visited two TMobile stores a few weeks ago. I was helped by the manager of each store. One was at South Park and the other on Providence road. They made me feel welcome and that they appreciated my business. They were knowledgeable and easy going. Both of these managers provided me with a great experience. Give these guys a raise!

Ra’Shika was amazing to work with!! It sounds strange, but she actually made the whole process of buying my new iPhone exciting and fun. She helped me compare features between the different models and I never felt pressured as I was weighing my options. She even showed me some cool fun wall paper features because she knew I was coming from the IPhone 7. It felt like shopping with a really knowledgeable friend, who’s looking out for you. I will continue to come back to work specifically with her in the future!!

I was not the easiest customer to deal with, I was missing my ID, debit card, & I was just a hot mess but Amber was so compassionate and helpful. She was so patient and understanding & did everything to help. GIVE AMBER A RAISE.

Took my new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to see if they could help me get a better screen protector.
The one I had ordered from Amazon was designed to offer better protection, but significantly reduced screen sensitivity.
Stacey explained the pros and cons of a rigid type vs a more flexible type for Samsungs curved screen.
I chose the Zagg which she carefully installed for me, and I couldn't be happier.

I've had good experiences at the store especially compared to the Midtown Best Buy. Sometimes you have to wait to speak to somebody, but that's okay. The staff are friendly and the particular sales associate that I worked with was very familiar with Android and the different Android phones that they carry, which is nice because so many are only focused on Samsung and Apple. The manager is also a very nice guy and very helpful.

A Wonderfully fun experience. The staff at rhis location are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I went in to replace a device and they made the process painless, the manager and her crew member sat and listened to all of our concerns regarding the device and was able to transfer Everything from our old device to the new device. We spoke on family experiences and shared photos, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this location for the level of professionalism the staff had towards handling my situation.

I can’t say enough good things about the manager, Anna! I’ve had issues with my phone/Sprint since day one and she’s been so great to help out. She’s friendly and completely understands my frustration. I see negative reviews about other locations, so if you want help and someone that’s friendly I highly recommend visiting this location. Space is clean and all staff members are nice!

I was helped promptly, surely and with much interest.
Received immediate and excellent service at this Sprint store. I was helped out by two very handsome individuals, Wilmar and David. They both tagged team my friend -- the Sprint customer and I -- Wilmar making sure the plan I was on was the best choice, checking for a possible upgrade or rebates available. And as he was doing that David offered me a seat to watch him replace the screen that was not working on my Galaxy SII, which I just got just two months ago.
This has by far been the best customer service I have received in the 13 years I have been with Sprint.

I was here recently and I received excellent service. The staff members are really nice, personable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
