Samsonite

I have bought many pieces of luggage at this Carlsbad location for Samsunite. I always have great service and the employees are professional, very knowledgeable on the products and friendly. My most recent interaction was with Johnny. I had recently purchased a bag, and there was a slight defect. He made it very easy to fill out the repair form and he waived the shipping fee for the repair since it was so new. I appreciated his flexibility and meeting my customer service needs! He’s a great employee!

I had a older Samsonite bag that needed repair and this outlet provided the information I need so could send to the official Samsonite service center. They sent my bag to them and I had it back in just a few days (not weeks as expected) for a nominal cost! Much better than taking a chance at repairing it locally by an unofficial source. Kudos to the staff at this location and to Samsonite overall! Definitely restored my faith in service from a large corporation.

We have shopped with this store often my husband travels and has always loved the Samsonite product. I love their customer service and product line. We recently had the wheels from one of our suitcases replaced with the fastest service I've seen yet 3 days. Awesome. We're very happy with this store and the service.
