Every time I come here I have such a pleasant experience. I didn't have any tape and was in a bind. I had a large, awkwardly shaped, 50 pound package that wouldn't even close completely because it was so full... ALL THREE employees helped me hold down the flaps of the box, squeeze the seams together and then they taped it up, with their own tape, and made sure everything was nice and secure. They had a great sense of humor, were kind, and worked as a team. Matter if fact, as I walked in, there was another customer sitting on a stool while she was being helped. Come to understand, the associate that was helping, was the one who got the stool from the back area so that the customer could be comfortable, and then offer to help the customer with carry anything else that was needed, out to the vehicle! Y'all made my day, thanks for the smiles and thoughtfulness!!

Returned AT&T equipment (unpackaged) as instructed. I would be charged a fee if it wasn’t returned. The owner of the store helped me with my return and she was friendly, quick and reassuring that the equipment would get back to AT&T. She even printed a confirmation that showed that I dropped it off. Really happy with her assistance!

Outstanding service and willingness to go above and beyond. I lost my tracking information and they helped me backtrack when the receiver said they never got the package. Definitely my preferred location

Amazon wanted me to return an item in a box when they didn’t send the item in a box. It would have cost me $4.99 to return the item, the guy at the UPS store felt bad for me at Amazon terrible customer service & provided me a free box that another customer didn’t need. Thank you!

Genesis and Christina were so professional and courteous while helping this old lady with packing products and shipping info. They are true ambassadors representing a positive customer service experience of the business. I will be back.

Excellent service . Did not know much about the logistics of UPS in the US. Provided clear instructions and good advice about shipping urgent item to Europe. Will surely recommend this shop.

I had 15 envelopes and they were bery helpful with ensuring the labels did not
get lost from my envelopes.

Returned Spectrum equipment after cut off hours. Staff was super friendly, and efficient. Offered to take equipment and process at opening of next business day. Gave contact info.. not only did they send screen shots of equipment with tracking info and receipt. They also emailed for peace of mind. Not to mention offered a different alternative to having cable. Great way to create customer loyalty, and remind me that awesome customer service still exsist. Awesomeness

This review is long overdue and my apologies to the owner. I have been coming here for well over five years. I have never had a bad experience. If lines are long someone will pop out of the back of the store to keep things moving. Over the years I have seen many employees come and go but the overall atmosphere/treatment of customers remains very very good. Generally speaking, in my opinion, this has to do with the management. My interactions with the gentleman who owns this franchise has always been wonderful. He’s a very pleasant man I suspect that is the major reason every employee I have encountered there has always been upbeat and pleasant.

I suppose if you’re just doing a routine drop off the nearest UPS store would do. However if you need advice, questions answered, packing I would truly suggest you drive an extra mile and come here. It is nice to walk into a store knowing you’re going to be treated well.

The Indian female owner is one of the sweetest people I've met in my life. I look forward to going here because the kindness in her soul blesses people. I try to be as nice as humanly possible.

They are so easy to use as a return drop off. always friendly and fast service.

People over here are having good

The lady at the front desk is so sweet and so helpful. She went out of her way to help me bring my package to my car after having surgery. A BIG shout out for customer service.
