Best camera company ever. Very professional and work was done to perfection. Doug and his crew did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them and the prices are more than fair. Every time I called with an issue Doug took care of it on the spot. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Doug is an amazing technician, owner and professional. Unfortunately our business partner did not explain the onsite job details correctly to Doug and the job was probably out of his normal scope. Doug immediately brainstormed to figure out a solution and was able to get the security system up and running in no time. No upsell, No drama - just great service

Doug has provided the best service imaginable, given our previous experience of them putting a HOLE in our roof. His cameras are immaculately vivid while the app is easily navigated. We immensely appreciate how informative he was during installation. The positioning of each camera supercedes the term PERFECT!!! He always goes above and beyond with his customer service which is everything. You also receive a courtesy call just to make sure there aren't any issues that need to be resolved. Very professional service, Doug took the test me to personally explain everything to regarding installation, services and fees before hand and also followed up to find out if I had any questions or concerns not to mention the prices are very reasonable. I had been seeking professional services for an entire week before I knew he was the Man for the job. I highly recommend him.

We have had several different packages installed by Doug the owner and he was not only punctual but provided us with quality products. He also was great when it came to providing customer service. Our first install was an 8 channel 720p system and we recently just upgraded to a 16 channel 4K system. Doug is a talented guy and a real hustler. Lots of respect for this young man. Doug and his team do excellent work. My cameras were installed while I was out of town. Doug made sure that he kept me informed the entire process in addition when I came back in town he personally came out and went over the camera system with me. Great work and reliable

Excellent customer and technical service! Doug takes his time to explain all. If you don't understand, he will revisit and will not move on until you get it. I am very comfortable with the security cameras. Good feeling to know that I can view my home while at home or out at any given time. Great clean job!!!

Doug setup my cameras, loaded the application on my computer and our phones. Our family can now monitor our property when we are not at home. He was very efficient, and pleasant. Price was very equitable compared to others.
Doug always returned my phone call for any issue which was either resolved over the phone or came in person to the household.

Great work, and professional attitude. Great help when it came to working with the app, and made it easy to understand how to best use the equipment we purchased. The installation was done quick, but professionally. I would recommend Douglas to other businesses owners.

This was top notch work. Douglas is very professional and his in depth information show that’s he clearly knows what he’s doing. The cameras show crystal clear footage and he was sure to pick up any blind spots I might have had. He will thoroughly run each wire and place each camera in perfect places. Recently I called My stores your store for installation of a doorbell system. Doug came out to our house did the installation and set up our phones to receive alerts. Because we felt he was so knowledgeable in his field we had him come back to install some cameras . I will highly recommend his company

Doug honestly has the best camera system installation in town! He was precise on every aspect and made sure all my cameras needs were taken care of.

I Wanted to share my wonderful experience with Mystoresyourstore. I called Doug because I was having technical issues with my home surveillance system. Wasn't able to sync my phone to the system, I tried multiple times to get in touch with a customer service rep. Not having any more options I called up on Doug who was nice enough to take a few moments and hear out my frustrations, while he was not the one to install my system, he had alot of knowledge with the brand that I have at home. He was able to walk me through step by step it took a gaping two minutes lol. I offered to pay for his consultation in which he refused to accept any money.
