Corbin was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable and very patient assisting me and another customer at the same time. He stayed the extra hour to finish set up on our phones. Great customer service ! Can not thank him enough!

Corbin is the man to go to! Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful at understanding your bill, plan and takes time to walk you through everything. I highly recommend this store just for that very reason!

VERY please with the way Corbin had treated us upon entering the building. He politely asked us if we needed anything, as I proceeded to buy a new phone, he discussed all the options of plans and everything. He saved us money on our plan , we had old plans, this guy right here is such a great guy! He got my new phone for me with all the data transferred in about 45 minutes. As he was helping me, he kindly helped others as my phone was transferring data, this guy's a real worker!

My experience was phenomenal, the workers were very helpful. Mr. Louis was especially knowledgeable and considerate to what i was looking for! Would recommend them to anyone in need of cellular help.

I got the new Google pixel 8 pro and was assisted by Lou. He was extremely accommodating to my specific needs. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood new features on my phone!! He was very funny and easy to talk to. I will be returning to Lou for him to service me in the future and have already recommended other customers his way!!

Corbin was well knowledgeable and helpful with helping me choose my new phone, he described the differences well, and even helped me even get the color I wanted. Explaining all the perks of being with Verizon, he helped me feel confident in my purchase.

Very impressed with the service Corbin provided. He is very patient and answered all of my (many) questions. He helped save me money and time as I was out of there with a new phone in less than an hour. He’s the best!!

I went in to switch carriers and Kashema was the only one working. She went over and beyond customer service. She was working with myself and another customer and a 3rd customer came in. She handled all customers with great care ,patience and respect. She truly was amazing and great attitude.

I only went in to see about upgrade pricing and had no intention of getting a new phone as I usually buy refurbished.

Thanks to Alex's friendliness and knowledge, I was able to get a brand new and better phone for less than what I would've bought online elsewhere. It's worth it to stop in, and is no where near the hassle or frustration as you may have experienced at other cell phone retailers.

I recently went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I called a few days before going in to see if there were any deals for the plan I had. The people I talked with were very helpful and tried to fine me the best deal possible. When I went into the Verizon store I was helped by Izaiah who made upgrading my phone a super easy process and even helped out with my phone accessories and screen protector. He answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

We had a last minute phone emergency when my husband’s phone completely broke and Eddie was incredibly helpful! We had a few hoops to jump through due to the other people on the account and he stayed after closing to make sure we were able to get everything set up and even checked both of our families’ accounts to make sure we were getting the best possible deal. Super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. 10/10 Eddie 👍 Thanks for putting up with our small children trying to steal your car keys 😂
