I shopped at your store a few days ago, looking for a bearing for our Shredder/Chipper. A very helpful Sarah had the part I needed in my hands within minutes and rang up my purchase. I'm sure I'll be back again.

I was looking for a particular item. One of the employees walked by and stopped to ask if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he told me where it was and also walked me there. He was very helpful and asked if I needed anything else. The employee at the checkout was pleasant and asked if I found everything that I needed.

Their PetVet Clinic was overly accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

We own a stock tank pool company in Lancaster and overbought tanks this season. We needed to return some tanks because of our overestimation. Mount Joy TS was very helpful and processed our returns without any hassle. We really like the Mount Joy location and will continue to give them our business. Each employee we encountered was very nice and helpful.

Good prices, good location. Plenty of parking. Friendly abd very helpful staff.

Great customer service. Andy worked with me on the phone and at the store for the sale. Ian helped move out of store and load into my truck making sure not to scratch anything. Thanks guys.

Had to return a 60 inch floor fan and they were awesome. We got it replaced AND bought a second one. Helped us load them and got cardboard to put between the fans. Friendly and manager was great.

I only visited to do an online order pickup but the process of getting my items was quick and easy. I saw that they had allowed a food truck to set up in the driveway to attract some additional traffic.

This particular store seemed much smaller than others I have seen but there was plenty of parking.

Just want to say I was starting to mildly panic about finding my dog's
Science Diet sensitive skin and stomach food since it's been out of stock at Amazon. All other online suppliers which previous matched Amazon's price went to charging full retail. Yet they only had 30 lb bags for almost $80. I use 4 different dry pet foods and 2 different canned foods, daily. I cannot afford $80 for just one of those 6 pet foods I use daily. So I went to Mount Joy Tractor Supply and as soon as I entered the pet food section I was greeted by an employee who checked his phone and said they should have it even though we couldn't find it. Here it was hidden on the very top shelf, which he needed a ladder to get to. I never would have seen it. Yes, it was full price but in a 15 lb size for $40, no discounts but my girl Ceili can continue on with a quality product that helps with one of her many issues. As a pet owner and gardener, who uses Sundays for my 'project' days, I never realized how much I would appreciate this store being in Mount Joy.

Got what I went for. They have tools, portable heaters, tracker supplies, food for cats and dogs and for many farm animals along with supplies for the baby chicks and ducks they sell right now in March and April. They get new ones in twice a week. The ducks go fast. They also have riding mowers far sale but they are a bit pricey for me. Also have selection of pants and shirts and hats, safety shirts, and shoes and boots for sale.

Great store. We shop there regularly for dog food, bird seed, suet, feeders and all of our bird needs. Yard items and tools as well. Clean and very organized. Great proces & sales. Friendly & knowledgeable staff as well.

Today was my first visit to the Tractor Supply Co. I was there to buy hay for my guinea pigs and i was pleasantly surprised with the prices and the many great choices of pet products! I didn't have alot of time to look at all of the items so I am planning a trip back soon to check EVERYTHING out!

Got a lead from my neighbor on a good weed killer (RM43 Total Vegitation Killer)since the 1 I was using wasn't working--googled places near me that carried it n Tractor Supply popped up--stopped in after work--they had it in stock n the bigger quantities were on sale--got the 2.5 gallon--anxious 2 c how well it works after my neighbor applies it to his weeds n mine--I checked the garden area when I first got 2 the store but it wasn't there--went to check out area n Bryan told me they had it n where 2 find it--Bryan was extremely helpful as was the gentleman who was near Bryan n greeted me when I first walked in--unfortunately, I didn't get him name--I remembered him from my visit on Sunday 6/5--he helped me get parts 4 my new hose--I have to remember 2 get his name next time I shop so I can give him a shout-out.

A good place to buy from.

I've never had a problem here. I've always been asked if I need help finding anything. There is hardly a crowd here. It's not the biggest tractor supply store I've been to but it is the cleanest.

Has a decent selection although it's one of those places that has a little bit of everything but not a wide selection on any specific category.

Asked stock person for help and go the old what we have out is what we have. Translate to I'm too lazy to help bug off. I found it myself. I don't go for the service I go for the product. Paul is the only professional I have ever worked with there.
