Great staff, excellent latte with half the pumps! Solid breakfast sandwich for the money. My first sour cream donut was surprisingly good. Why did I wait so long?!

My 91 year old mother and her friend go most Saturdays at the same time. So they get to the door and it is locked because of short staff. Drive through is open. They go to the drive through and the employees recognize them. The employees said go to the door and they opened just for them and had their regular snacks already sitting on the table. What a great group of employees!!!!

Purchased coffee and donuts for a group project. Order was placed and put together quickly. Parking can be tricky at this location due to the high volume of people going through the drive thru. I highly recommend backing into a spot because you may not have room to back out of your spot.

Great food and great manager (Charlie). This is one of the best Dunkin locations in Lancaster. Hoping for this manager to be kept at this location. This guy is on top of things and is a great leader. Job well done Charlie.

By far the best Dunkin we’ve gone to! I take my kids ( 3 and 1) here every morning before work and the staff is so friendly! They love talking to my kids and they always know what we want. The coffee is always great and the donuts are fresh, this is a well run business!

Let me tell you this my wife and I stopped here to order our Sunday usual. Always hot cooked thru and the coffee oh yes the coffee hot delicious and in many different flavors. I'm a creature of habit so I only get regular hot coffee. Love it here.

I really like to go here when I'm nearby during the weekend. Great food. Staff can sometimes be rude but maybe just a bad day. Bad time when it comes to having multiple people in drive thru and its always wrapping around the giant parking lot and sometimes even main road.

I ordered my usual today, a large iced coffee with cream, sugar, and light ice. As usual, I encountered the friendly, courteous, efficient staff and service to match. I pulled away and was blown away by the coffee. The absolute best iced coffee I have ever bought anywhere. Including this location. Whoever put it together is a master lol.

BTW, I see some disgruntled reviews here. Not doubting them, but it’s been our experience this location is well run and staffed. One time a drink wasn’t what was ordered. Immediately replaced with no problems or attitude. As for the drive thru lines, the indoor seating is closed for reasons out their control. I never have to wait very long. Order ahead on the app to save yourself some time.

usually dunkin has awful service but this is the only one where i was genuinely greeted nicely and talked to like a person. best dunkin i’ve been too

I go here a lot and I’ve never had an issue. They always make my drinks exactly how I order them, they taste good, and they are fast. Even if there is a long line at the drive thru it goes quick and the employees are friendly.

Great stop to get donuts for the team for some overtime on Saturdays. Very fast service and friendly staff, even at 5 in the morning 🤣

Great experience and the latte was spectacular. The drive they was pretty stacked and it was a good wait but the employee was so friendly and apologetic and it was clear they were short on help and working super fast.

Got a coupon for this place and thought Id try it out. Wow!! Ill be going back. Food was unique and excellent. Plenty of choices on the menu to choose from. Cant wait to try more.

This Dunkin is CONSISTENTLY fantastic. They are well staffed with friendly, helpful, and awesome people. Their donuts are always fresh (I only get donuts from this dunkin!) and the drinks always come out perfect. Nothing has ever come out wrong. Love these guys!

Arlene took my order at the drive-thru; when I pulled up I realized that I did not say ice coffee. I asked if i could change it and apologized for my mistake. She said "if that is the worst that happens today, we are doing great!". Arlene- thanks for being so gracious when fixing my mistake. Made my day. Excellent service every time I go by this location

I can't praise the employees at this location enough! We were taking my daughter in to get her favorite drink when suddenly something got into my daughter's eye. She was in so much pain and couldn't open her eyes. We got her inside and 2 of the employees asked immediately if she was ok and came running to try and help her. After making sure she was ok they gave her a drink on the house! I was amazed about how caring they were!!! My daughter says "they deserve a huge raise!" Thank you to both of you!

This is an extremely efficient shop. I usually go through the drive-thru here. I've been very impressed by the speed with which they move customers through as well as with the customer service provided. This is by far the best Dunkin donuts drive-thru experience I have ever had. Kudos to the management and ownership staff.

the staff here is very enthusiastic and helpful. The coffee lives up to its excellent reputation . Much better than Starbucks.
Glad to hear the original ownership moved on, they were not customer friendly.
