The staff at this location are quick, attentive l, and personable. You can tell they enjoy working together. The inside is also trendy and comfortable to hang out in.

The Mount Joy McDonald's is the most consistent McDonald's I've been to. A bad day there is a good day at most McDonald's. I usually end up with fresh fries, burgers put together correctly, fresh nuggets.....just seems like I consistently get hot, fresh food at this store.....good job!

Probably the only McDonald's I know that has great service great people & food taste good all at once. I go for lunch from time to time & the staff even knows the names of regulars. There is a tall thin gentleman that works there that is super pleasant to everyone.

Nice staff and it was nice and easy to get through the drive thru!!!

This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. I order off DoorDash and they never mess my order up. I’ve even gone through the drive thru during dinner hours and still no mistakes. The crew is friendly and polite. And they make the food to perfection. Shout out to this location for always satisfying my kids hunger. And reading the special instructions for their food! Thank you McDonald’s!

I visited on May 13, 2023 @ lunch hour and had an optimal experience. My order was taken swiftly, everyone was very polite and food was some of the best McD’s food I’ve ever had (and unfortunately I get it a lot). There’s one store in entire state of Delaware that I love (Hare’s corner on 13s), and this visit in Manheim put that store to shame.

I stop at this McDonalds twice a week for breakfast. Typically drive through, occasionally order-in. Every time I go here, the staff is overly pleasant. It's McDonalds food so I know what I'm getting when I go, which means how I'm treated matters. Also my son trained at this location and worked for another and comparing the two, this location has exceptional service. I don't typically wait either... but it's fast food so if you go at lunchtime... it might be busy - don't complain.

I'm a firm believer that in the fast food service industry the employees only care if the manager cares..I've come across some miserable establishments......but this McDonald's had it going on for sure..happy pleasant employees amd who took my money with a big smile...the manager amd it all came together...if u show u care...they will care...great job on a positive attitude...makes all the difference...thanks

Got what I wanted, BUT there was a bit of a wait. Busy place.

Went to McDonalds today around 12:15. There were a lot of people in line. The staff did an amazing job moving the line so fast. I ordered the Big Mac and it was amazing. GREAT customer service on such a busy day. Thank you

Why is the extra small soda $0.10 more than all the other sizes.

The food was nice and hot. The drive thru line was long but moved pretty quickly.

The manager Robert was very helpful and friendly when not knowing what to order. He explained the menu even when the screen was out of order. Wish they would fix that .!

These guys are always polite. Always prompt. And, I’ve never gotten bad fries here. That’s how I judge my McDonalds. On all three of those criterion! Check these folks out. I hate old, cold, or droopy fries!!!

Great for a quick meal while traveling. Our food arrived quickly and everything was hot! The restroom was clean, and our table was clean, all of this a big plus! We may stop here again while traveling, because It is easy on off and back onto Rt. 283

This McDonald's has average McDonald's food, serviced fast and the staff is friendly but the main reason I gave them 5 stars is...very clean bathrooms. Kudos to whoever is cleaning them!

Well I work here, so here's an inside look; we try to be nice people and we try to get orders out as fast as we can, I apologize if you see us standing around, some people are doing because they want to and others are doing it because they are waiting for food, so please if you see one of us slacking or standing in front of a screen, give us a break, we're probably waiting for food to come out for us to serve. In my opinion, the people here are great, there are some here and there that are lazy and actually don't do anything, those feel free to make a complaint against, but others, try to see that we are nice people just working during a rush :)

been to a fair share of McD, and this location really is one of the top in service. the drive thru staff are always friendly, and our family has never gotten a thing wrong despite various custom topping orders. their breakfast sandwiches are always spot on, never burnt or undercooked, as well as the fries. i really hope the management continues to lead training and employees in excellence for years to come!
