I worked with Allison at Quest to order a diamond engagement ring and it was the best experience I could have asked for- I would recommend this store to anyone else looking for something similar. I first came in for advice on restoring an heirloom family ring where they were informative and honest about its condition and my different options. After that, deciding against the restoration I came back a couple of months later after having done my own research with a few different samples and again Allison took the time to work through a variety of bands, settings, and stones to fit both the custom style and price range I was looking at. When it came time to sourcing diamonds I got a better value than I ever came close to with online retailers. They were even able to order an accompanying travel ring with the original that came around a month later. Throughout the entire experience they were attentive, easy to work with, and clearly cared about their customers.

Absolutly the heat place to get an engagement ring. My gf and I went in to get her her perfect ring designed and we were so happy with the results. The employees were so helpful in showing options, working within our price range, and not pressuing either of us on anything! I also was also able to communicate with them easily throughout the ring creation process. They were even able to move up the finish date for me due to extenuating circumstances. Yasmeen especially was super kind and helpful. If you dont know where to shop for a ring, Start here! They are amazing!

My fiancé and I were looking for engagement rings, but weren’t too sure of where to go. We had tried to go to brilliant earth, but had the worst experience ever. After looking all over the internet, I found this jewelers through online reviews. I can’t explain how happy we both are with our rings and the service provided by Quest. Huan helped us through our engagement ring process. Huan is so friendly and approachable! He really made the experience so smooth and easy, while also providing his expertise and knowledge. My engagement ring is sooo perfect to me and I couldn’t thank Huan enough for being so patient and easy to work with through the process.

Pam assisted us in finding a wedding band for me and I found the perfect one! She pulled out all the different options and was super accommodating in helping us find something in our budget.

I don’t often take time to write google reviews but after working with Allison Nacht at Quest I felt I really had to! She helped my husband and I pick out new rings and was so helpful and knowledgeable! I received recommendations from her on stacking options that I would never have thought of myself - which made me extremely happy! From the start he separated himself from other jewelers in the area with his knowledge about all aspects of the diamond and the ring. He made me comfortable though out my experience. He made sure the ring came back exactly how she wanted on a timely manner.

This is my jeweler as long as I am living in this area. I have worked with multiple staff including Huan and Allyson and have purchased numerous more pieces since my engagement ring purchase. They give me a fair price and always make me feel welcomed.

Highly recommend Quest! We first worked with Yasmeen to create my engagement ring. She's really patient and knowledgeable! Any time I asked about certain ring details, she pulled a few examples to show the different ways it could be done. When we received the ring, it was beautiful! Exactly what I wanted and the quality was great. More recently, Yasmeen reached out to us about an upcoming event so we went in to look at wedding bands. My fiancé and I were not looking for anything intricate but as we were looking, there were specific things that we each wanted. Yasmeen patiently worked with us and got both bands perfect. She recommended a customization to my fiancé's band to get it to his liking. The band I chose would not sit flush with my engagement ring so she took it to the back and the jeweler said he'd be able to make an adjustment to my engagement ring. The work was done well, very subtle, it did not look the the ring was altered in any way and now the two rings sit flush. Quest provides excellent, personalized service that you would not get from a big box store. We were very happy with our experience! I feel like we never had to compromise our choices and each ring turned out better than expected

Staff here is amazing. Came here to get my ring resized and they helped tremendously. Learned a few tips on taking care of my ring as well. They were able to put a rush on my ring to receive it back sooner and they called us a day earlier than expected for my ring and it fit perfectly.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here. Any hype you see via reddit, yelp, etc. about jewelers in the region is 100% warranted. These people are so incredibly nice. And not, "we want your money" nice. They are genuinely care about you getting the best engagement ring. They know their diamonds, settings, and rings well. I worked with Allison. I had an idea of what my fiancee wanted, showed a few Pinterest pictures, Tiktoks, and described her general taste. Not in rings, but my fiancee's general taste in aesthetics from clothes to home decor. Allison knew exactly what she was looking for and found the perfect ring. Not once were there any sort of suggestions to up-charge for no reason. I had such a great time with the process, I went back to show Allison the engagement photos. This place was a special part of my engagement journey. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone who is in the area ring shopping.

I’m very happy with my custom designed ring from Quest. We used my own oval and pear diamonds to create a ring similar to a Gabriel and co ring I’ve always loved. I wanted it to be tall enough and designed in a way where it would fit up next to my emerald cut eternity band. I wanted platinum, with bezel settings for the 3 main stones, slightly larger accent diamonds than my previous setting and a euro shank. Randa was amazing every step of the way and made sure every detail was perfect.

From the moment we walked into Quest, we were greeted with excellent service by Yasmeen. She took us through the entire process with our wedding rings and we could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Quest and Yasmeen to anyone looking for any piece of jewelry; they have it all!

The customer service and jewelry work done here is one of the best in the area! I'm very happy with a couple recent customs they did for me...and I'm a picky jewelry collector. Yasmine is wonderful and tries to make every thing just the way you want it. Prices are comparable, if not more reasonable.

My fiancee and I could not have been happier with our experience at Quest. We decided to explore their engagement ring options after a poor experience at another jeweler. We were immediately greeted and helped by Allison, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She showed us multiple ring options and really took the time to understand our preferences/specifications. She made us feel comfortable throughout the process and her communication was excellent. We ultimately requested a custom ring with several unique features, which took about a month to produce and turned out beautifully. My Fiancé and I came to Quest Jewelers to look for his wedding band. We were pleased to see that there were various options within good price ranges. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Randa was the one who assisted us throughout this process. She went above and beyond to get my fiancé the ring of his dreams. She was able to get us his customized ring prior to the scheduled date it was supposed to be completed. She was even able to provide us with various payment options to make our journey much more easier for us. She even was so very kind to clean my engagement and wedding band that was from another jeweler. She has made this journey very memorable/ meaningful and we are beyond excited for our special day with the rings we have chosen to wear for eternity.

Quest Fine Jewelers is absolutely exceptional. Huan and his associates were welcoming from the very moment we walked in, until the moment we walked out. Huan listened, educated, and made my partner and I feel so comfortable. There was no pressure from Huan as he assisted us both to find our perfect rings. We walked in with very little knowledge and left feeling extremely confident in our decision. We were able to find all four rings we wanted with his help. I could never recommend Quest and Huan's service enough!

What can I say. Quest as a business has been wonderful to us - Allison specifically has been paramount in our jewelry purchases from helping my fiancé and mother with finding my engagement setting and sourcing the center Diamond, to getting my finances wedding band and now my wedding band set!! Allison is the BEST. After having it in my head I wanted a certain wedding band I ended up going with a combination that she suggested! I can’t wait to wear it! Sharyn was also very kind in helping us with sizing for my engagement ring and communication with vendors for sample rings to try on. So many kudos to Quest in Vienna and their outstanding employees.
