AT&T Store

Alijah greeted me within 5 seconds of walking in and immediately got to work on fixing my SIM card issue. He was fast, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. If it were my store I would kick him a little bonus for all positive feedback he gets. Def a great representative for AT&T especially in times where it’s hard to find good help.

The store rep was absolutely incredible. He handled multiple customers with ease composure and respect. He had a great personality, definitely a people person. He's going to go very far in life with his attitude for sure. I got everything I needed with a great experience.

Hi…. I am an 81 year old woman who purchased a new iPhone from AT&T. I was at the store on Putnam Pike on Friday with several complicated issues concerning my Iphone.13. I am not technologically savvy so some of my
questions could have probably been answered by an eight year old. Lol However, Denni and Precious took their time, and answered me in a clear and friendly manner, which made me feel very much at ease. They helped me in every way possible and I went home feeling very confident. I would recommend them to anyone considering buying a new phone or needing assistance in anyway. AT&T on Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI.

Broke my phone and they got me a new phone in minutes. Loved the service and sales lady.

I have been with AT&T since early 1990's such a great phone carrier!! One of my lines is still the original number... As for the store in Smithfield.. I will not go anywhere else for my needs... The #1 go to rep for me is Jennifer.. She is top notch at her job!! whether I'm in for a tech issue or looking to add services/upgrades she always knows the process, products, services.. Definitely never have a problem!

Cooper the assistant manager is simply amazing. His demeanor and attitude are all qualities that you hope for when you visit this AT&T location. The other staff members that were there Michael(the manager) and Rocky(not Balboa, found that out the hard way) were excellent as well! They told me about all the great deals and promotions and the best ways to optimize my savings! They referenced another employee that was there and called him “The Dream” I hope to meet him the next time I go to do business in the location! 10/10!!

After the Lincoln experience in a previous review for the Lincoln store that was nothing more than miserable. Jenn in Smithfield was absolutely wonderful. The problem that we had was resolved in minutes, not hours, not days, minutes! She was lovely seemed like a genuine person willing to help us. She was nice, and did everything she could to help us. I highly recommend her to anyone. She knows what she was doing and also gave us good advice and didn’t excessively try to up sell us on higher plans and other things.

Several days ago, I had the pleasure of working with Darnell from the AT&T store in Smithfield, RI. I would like to share what great customer service he provided.

Good customer service typically means providing attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business.

Over the last several years this is not what I have been experiencing

Today however, I had such a positive experience in relation to great customer service.  Darnell who had a very calming attentive demeanor took his time throughly explaining my options and any questions I had in relation to my purchase.

Darnell was on the mark for providing attentive and upbeat service.

My sales rep Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable on the iPhone and all AT&T plans, has the patience of a saint, and always takes me through the process without any issues or problems. She always spends time walking me through the best plans and features of the phone and does not leave any questions with the operation of the phone or details of the bill. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for several years and every purchase is seamless. I travel a half hour out of my way to do business with Jen because she is the BEST!

I had another great experience at this location last week thanks to Jennifer F.

As always, she worked with us to give us the best deal and was very patient.

I stay with AT&T because of her. I highly recommend making an appointment with Jennifer to help you pick out your next phone or review your bill (phones, cable & internet).

I was in need of a new phone and decided to give AT&T a shot at it. I was shown lots of phones by Rokaia and ultimately picked the iPhone 12 Mini. I like the smaller size.
She explained everything to me in such a way that it was easy to understand. The phone, the features, the billing, everything.
I left with a working phone and I’m very happy.

Let me start off by saying I usually hate going to the phone store. But, this is the best AT&T location around! I highly recommend talking with Cooper or Noah they dropped my bill $50 a month and hooked me up with a new phone. They actually took the time to explain everything to me and for the first time I left a phone store understanding what was actually happening.

WOW. I am just absolutely astonished at how blissful my experience here was with Cooper and Hakeen. If I could rate 10 stars I would. These guys know how to treat their customers. Definitely without a doubt will recommend all my family and friends!

Jordan immediately acknowledged me when I entered the store. He proceeded to help me in a variety of ways. He was super courteous and very friendly. He’s a keeper for AT&T.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She helped us while we searched for a new phone and answered every question we had! We accidentally ported the wrong number, and she was patient with us through the entire process (multiple hours). She never rushed us, or gave us any kind of attitude even though it was a stressful situation! We will definitely be asking for her any time we come here. Thank you Jennifer!

Rokaia was definitely dope and very helpful. I had so many things that I wanted/needed to get done and she was very patient and able to handle all of the things needed to get done. Awesome customer service. Appreciate the good vibes.

I was having an issue porting a line to a business plan for almost a week. No texts or calls incoming, madness, insanity, but..your employee, I think her name was Rocky, knew just what to do. She was calm and cool even though it was busy and had me out and on my way. Thanks Roc!

Best At&t in Rhode Island Tom is the man ! He’s quick attentive and very knowledgeable. He’s gonna ask you a ton of questions and get to know you. Once you deal with him you won’t have to go around and deal with other reps he’ll take care of your needs and makes sure you get on the correct plan the first time around! He switched me from Verizon and saved me $160 a MONTH !!!

Jordan was so professional and helpful! I would say he is definitely one of the nicest employees at any cell phone store I’ve been to.
