The UPS Store

Friendly staff, quick and helpful service, this is my go to store. Ray is especially great! Always a pleasure to stop in and get packages on their way. As an added bonus, its location allows ample parking and easy access to dozens of other stores and restaurants.

Anthony Cassio assisted me with a fax transaction this morning. There were 5-6 people ahead of me in line and Anthony stayed calm, cool and collected. He treated each customer with politeness and dignity. This is not the first time I have gone to this UPS store, and each time I am treated with great professionalism and a smile. Anthony is excellent is his job!! I am very pleased with this UPS Store!

I arrived 5 minutes early to do my Amazon return and the gentleman in the Apple valley Smithfield Rhode Island store let me in so I wouldn't be late for work. His customer service was outstanding. And in today's world we don't find that

I visit this location fairly regularly. Alex and Ray are my faves! Always polite, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humor. I’m always greeted with a smile and helped efficiently. Regardless of how many people are in line, everyone is treated the same way.
This location is lucky to have them!

I walk in this store every week to drop of packages I ship for my company and the service given is exceptional. Most of the time the person who is in the front desk is Anthony C. great customer service from this gentleman. Thanks!!

This store and the staff always provide top quality and ease with any shipping or mailing.
I have been a customer since they opened and have never has a bad experience or ever dealt with a non-pleasant team member.

I come here for Amazon returns. On occasion, there will be a line, but I'm usually in and out. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Aaron M., assisted me with securing my package for return. I advised him I did not have any masking tape for my package and told me not to worry about it and secured my package free of charge. Great guy, great service and friendly!

Aaron and Anthony are the BEST (along with the other staff) - always a warm greeting, always willing to help and just solid people. Highly recommended!

My son and I went to the store for a return item to Amazon and expected it to be somewhat of a hassle however, the gentleman that helped us (Aaron M.) was wonderful and extremely helpful. He made it very easy and a positive experience for us.

A few weeks ago I went to the UPS Store to return an item. Anthony C. greeted me at the counter right away and helped me to finish wrapping my return package. He noticed that I didn't have a label so he saved me time and money by creating the label for me, printing it, and sticking it to my package. Anthony was kind and helpful, and saved me five dollars! I always have a pleasant experience at this store!

Superb experience this morning. When I walked into the store today there were 4 guest in front of me. Anthony C was working alone and made the line move quickly. Not only was he pleasant, but very helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to get my shoe rack that I was returning back into the box that it came in. He suggested I find a bigger box or pay $27 for them to package it for me. He could tell I didn’t like that answer and helped me finagle back into the box it came in, ultimately saving me an additional trip or $27. Thank you again Anthony C from store #0432

I went to handle some personal business here with notary services utilized and shipping. It was a great experience and I can't thank the Store Manager enough for his speedy service!

Visited on 5/12/23 around 10:18am for a couple of Amazon returns. My receipt does not show associate name (younger guy, braided hair), but he greeted me when I walked in, was super polite, gave quick service and asked me if I needed any stamps or shipping supplies.

Approached store with a sign stating extremely short staffed. Walked into nine people ahead of me with a one girl working. The associate was so experienced and fast!!! Had the line moving and was so professional. She knew her job and communicated perfectly. Never felt rushed. What amazed me was she was smiling and not wasting time. I was so impressed. Visited Sunday 3/5 at 12:45. Wish I had gotten her name.

Awesome! Helpful and friendly. I went in and to do an Amazon return and have the QR code scanned when my phone died. Anthony C. Took my phone to the side counter to charge it so I didn’t have to come back. I got 5% charge and was able to complete my transaction. I’m very thankful for them being so pleasant, patient and going through extra mile.

I walked in today to return some amazon packages that i had to box up. One I had to put the label on and the other they just needed to scan my code. I mixed up the boxes and thought i had to bring them back home and fix my mistake. Nope!! Anthony C. fixed everything for me. Thank you!!
