Not a great selection of switch games and I noticed many games that you can dowload online way cheaper were a steep price gouge at gamestop.... but the person working there was very helpful so I'm rating her work performance a 5/5

Visited on 5/5/23 around 12:25pm to use my childs monthly rewards for a pack of Pokemon cards. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the store seemed clean and organized and the team member Natalia was friendly and got me checked out fast.

I go for Pokemon cards for my kids the selection isn't as big as other game stops but the staff is always great and friendly.

These guys are fantastic. Colin is the manager. Well trained, very helpful staff. They don't dock you on your trades consistently like every other GameStop I e ever been to. Always offer to answer questions and explain how things work.

Went in with a question about my switch getting an error message. They took the time to fix it not just explain how to fix it. Awesome staff.

I went in today for an issue that turned out to be user error. AKA, the product worked but I was using it wrong. Colin and his associate were so helpful. They explained the issue without making me feel stupid. Colin took the time to explain and suggest alternative products that will function the way I wanted. I can't say enough about Colin and the associate working with him today. (sorry I forgot the other mans name). 10/10 will return for a great game purchase experience. THANK YOU!!

The gentleman here made it a point to answer the questions I had furthermore they didn't just tell me that items were not available they made sure to go to the back and check to confirm that they were or were not available this is something I appreciate in a business

Friendly and helpful staff

Johnny was absolutely awesome he took the time out of his day to help call different stores that I had pre orders in and help me cancel them and move them to his store in Smithfield Rhode Island as I had just moved! He took amazing care of me and suggested renewing my pro card which I did because he suggested it! He also talked to me about different pre orders and talked about different games we are playing currently. As a manager of a retail store I wish all of my associates held themselves to this high of a standard when I wasn’t around! So nice to have a pleasant experience. Will definitley be back!

Beeen Coming to this store since 2009 as well as the closed apple vally location. the staff are very nice and professional about everything always have a smie when I walk out the door.
