Staff always nice. Close to home. Pleasantly surprised turkey breast advertised @ $2.49.....checked when I got home...$1.99 lb! Some items hugh price increase compared to market basket. Will continue to shop for convenience

Usually have varied and great supply of products. Need deli counter personnel to pay attention to customer requests for cut of lunch meat. Very thin means very thin. Should show customer thickness before order is sliced. Karen is the only employee who does this.

The First cake I ordered there came out perfect delicious and exactly how I I asked it to be🎁 . Price was just as low as Walmart. Plus they gave me a free smash cake for my daughter's first birthday🎂🎂🎂

Stop and Shop is very clean and a nice supermaket, but this one is really special, because you can find a great variety of Latin America vegetables and fruits. paper bags, and a very secure parking lot with a gas station, at the same location, save on gas with your Stop and Shop card.

So I'm a girl who HATES to go out shopping. "They" say it's in every woman's DNA, but mine must have gotten mixed up because I can't stand it. I'd MUCH rather shop online. Especially now with what's going on with Walmart & their self checkout scam!!!
HOWEVER, I actually had a GOOD experience yesterday at S&S on Manton Ave! The first thing I noticed when we pulled in the parking lot was a huge sign on the storefront saying that they LOWERED their prices throughout the whole store.... I was skeptical of course, because everywhere else is RAISING their prices. BUT, the sign was TRUE!! Of course things are still more expensive than they used to be, that's just how the world works. BUT, I DEFINITELY noticed that they DID LOWER THEIR PRICES THROUGHOUT THE STORE!!
It's easy for me to notice things like that because I'm a creature of habit, so my grocery list is pretty much the exact same thing every week. The best part was finding the ICEBERG HEADS OF LETTUCE weren't $4.99 A PIECE anymore (THAT was SO ridiculous, I resorted to shredded bagged lettuce for awhile because I REFUSE to pay $5 for 1 head of ICEBERG LETTUCE)!!!! There were a LOT of great sales too!!
When I cashed out, I was DEFINITELY EXTREMELY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! My total trip this time was a little more than 1/2 of what I've BEEN paying for the past several weeks. I was expecting a total of at least $100, or close to that..... NOPE! The same stuff I've been getting & paying $80-$100 for, rang up THIS time around $66/$68!!! That is a HUGE difference in MY opinion because in today's world, EVERY PENNY MATTERS! So, to save $20-$40 is INCREDIBLE!
I definitely recommend taking your next grocery trip to S&S so you can see for yourself that they REALLY DID LOWER THEIR PRICES!! YAY!!

All workers, department managers, and especially the store manager that's up front all day work very hard to serve our community and provide excellent service. They keep us safe by following important guidelines and the store is always clean. Through recent shortages and crazy amounts of business they have done so well to help customers find needed items even if it means looking in the back or trying to see when the next order will be in as well as keep the peace among customers. Great job guys and a big thank you!

We’ve been getting grocery pickup orders from this location for a few months, and it is always a great experience! Yolanda has helped us a few times recently, and she is always so pleasant, kind, and personable. She goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a great experience. Our toddler loves her and even knows her by name. She deserves a raise! Employees like Yolanda are hard to come by.

Stop and shop has been challenged due to the popularity of MB, but I still do go to S&S. I've shopping there for over 20 yrs and will continue to do so.
Today I saved over $50 between my card discount, sales and coupons. I was shocked!
And quite pleased.

I went there for their petite sirloin steak that was on sale. Instead I found these absolutely spectacular steakhouse burgers they looked great they smelled great I had to bring them home with me I can't wait to grill them tonight. Sometimes you just have to walk through a place to find the really special things. They don't always advertise them. I found something wonderful today!

Great sales! Had a problem with associate,Norma, in floral Dept however, management took the reigns & resolved issue quickly n courteously! Very satisfied! Short lines! Friendly& helpful staff except for Norma who works in the floral Dept! She was humiliating n does not fit in with stores atmosphere!

Mr. Vucci answered all my concerns in a precise and informative manner regarding my case. Also Sarah was very kind and efficient processing my information. I greatly appreciate their professional manner.

food is always fresh and afordable but it seems prices are higher around the 1st and then sales thereafter seems like it should be the opposite and this takes advantage of those with SNAP most recipents are spending there allotment on the 1st higher prices forces them to exhaust what they are given early. food for thought stop and shop no pun intended.

The Stop & Shop on Mineral Spring Avenue is completely renovated and it is reminiscent of a Whole Foods or Dave's Market in Rhode Island. The market is wonderfully decorated and everything looks so fresh. All the fruits and vegetables are all itemized and explain each products origin.

Always crowded. But nice , helpful employees. Clean,wish they carried. Litter bags besides SS brand. Have to buy them elsewhere. Don't want to buy a Zillion bags. That's all they sell. 5_7 bags is normal elsewhere.

The wife prefers the "basket" store, but I like stop n shop. Yes, maybe a little bit more money here but you have to get the specials when they come. Plus, I save at least 4 gallons of gas.

I love the fact that it is on the bus line, that goes to my house. The people that work there are very helpful and kind. They conveniently transfered my prescriptions from a drug store,that I no longer live near, to theirs. Can't say enough good things about them. Go shopping at Stop and Shop!!!

Great variety of products and very helpful & friendly.

There is a lot of anxiety about going to the supermarket right now and I have always had a pleasant experience at this market. I had the most wonderful cashier today, her name was Teesha. When I mentioned that I was buying groceries for my grandma with whom I live with, Teesha came out fron behind the register and sprayed everything down- the credit card pen, keypad, plexus glass divider, the conveyer belt. She spent a while making sure everything was clean and was so pleasant about it the entire time.

As much as I hate the automated check out stations, their is a fine young man that helps everybody all the time. It makes getting through this annoying checkout method much easier. Maybe the technology behind getting rid of people is not ready to create a satisfied customer. This young man is what keeps you at a 5 rating vs. a 2 rating...again, it is people that make the difference.
