Airgas Store

Walked in, had exactly what I needed and helped me figure out an issue I had. Needed a small nitrogen tank and some connections, old set up is long story, I'm pretty sure the guys name is Eric (sorry if I'm mistaken been a long day) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not the biggest showroom, limited selection, and prices aren't any better than any others. Gas is priced higher than other welding shops in town, can be convenient if you're on this side of town, if not make the trek elsewhere. Customer service was alright, not fantastic, could've been a little more inviting.

"Overcharged by $100.00 stay away"

My local Airgas is 20 miles away and I was in Nashville yesterday so decided to bring my bottle to be filled while I was close to an Airgas store.
To exchange a #80 bottle of 100% Argon at the Whites creek location . I was charged $95.06 for the exchange, $4.59 for the bottle processing fee,$2.10 far an energy charge and $30.81 for the hazmat fee. a total of $132.56+ tax. the total (with a 2 pack of tungsten $6.85) was $152.31... I called my local Airgas company just to check their price and was informed that a walk in (no account) total for a bottle exchange was $53.00 total for everything including taxes and fees. Stay away from this place they price gouge I was taken for $100 and hope that this review helps the next guy.
