Last Chance is amazing!!! The owner Richard is so friendly and knowledgeable, he truly knows what he’s talking about and is passionate about helping you find something! The shop is clean, well organized and has an excellent selection of both local and classic beer, spirits and wines! Very reasonably priced.

This is my new spot...the GM (Richard) is amazing, service top notch and a fun place to visit.

They even host educational classes and wine tastings...I love this place.

And one more thing...the place is absolutely beautiful on the inside, be sure to check out the pics.

such a great remodel, friendliest staff ever. helped me curate a great gift for a friend with their in depth knowledge of a great selection of wines. super excited to have this open back up in the neighborhood

Cute and has a great selection of curated interesting wines and liquors. The staff was helpful and very nice, and they do wine tastings on Thursday evenings

Last chance liquor is a vibe now . I miss the old but the new is bigger and better . They have all the popular liquors , wines , and mixers . Got my Carmel Cardi B whip ! The location is brand new . The set up is nice and open ! They have wine classes on Wednesday at 6pm when I’m in town I plan on stopping and joining .

I cannot believe I've lived here this long and didn't realize this place existed. They seem to have done a recent renovation and the place is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space to move around, thoughtfully organized, including a rack of TN specific bourbons/whiskeys (including two that I had never heard of and I am a Bourbon Steward.) Staff more than willing to help and hold a conversation, but also cool with leaving you alone to browse. Just a really refreshing change from the bodega-type stores that dot the area. Also - it may not seem like the safest area to some but this place is extremely safe, well-lit, easy parking etc. I will definitely be back!

Richard and the team he has built have been an incredible addition to the community! He is thoughtful about building relationships with customers, has introduced awesome tasting classes, and listens to what his customers are asking for. We love going to Last Chance and have made it our preferred shop since their re-opening.

Absolutely incredible neighborhood spot. The GM Richard is amazing and kind, as well as the Somm and other employees! Their selection is well thought out and very unique compared to other liquor or wine stores in the area. You’ll have a wonderful experience just even browsing here because the people are kind and renovations are beautiful. They also host free classes occasionally. Stop by & check them out. :)

This place is amazing. Looking for a wine to pair with dinner. This is the place. Looking for a local Bourbon for a gift? This is the place. Friendly knowledgeable staff will be able to answer your questions and make sure to check them out for wine Wednesdays or one of the other "tasting days"

SUMMARY. VERY cool place. Great selection at affordable prices, awesome service, and tastings are a common theme!

LOCATION. Located on Dickerson in East Nashville.

SELECTION. Their spirit selection is enormous, as the entire wall is shelved with all types of booze. The wine selection isn't as abundant as the spirits, but they have a knack for offering bottles that are very good value. I don't know much about wine, so I usually use the Vivino app to locate bottles with at least a 4-star rating. Usually, these bottles cost upwards of $20, yet Last Chance had several 4-star bottles available in the $10-$15 range last time I was there. I was super impressed.

SERVICE. The service here is unlike any liquor store I have ever been to. Besides the staff being super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, they are constantly offering free tastings and events. This really seals the deal for me for this place being awesome. Last time I was here I enjoyed two separate whiskey tastings: one via a third party vendor, and another courtesy of store staff. I'm a happy customer for sure!

PERKS. Last Chance does various events and tastings, which is great. Even better are the impromptu tastings you may encounter just by shopping here. Even if you don't encounter one every time you shop, you're sure to do so if you are a regular here.

VALUE. I can't speak to the value of their liquor, but their wine's value is quite good. I've been able to find several great bottles in the $10-$15 range, whereas usually I'm shopping in the $17-$22 range for similarly rated bottles.

TAKEAWAYS. Definitely my favorite liquor store in East. Huge liquor selection. Ample wine selection offers great value for the bottles they carry. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and tastings are amazing!

I’d recommend Last Chance over any other liquor store in Nashville. Richard is always willing to drop whatever he is doing to educate customers on wine selections, and it’s so cool to see the community he has built in the short time since the grand opening.

What a great space! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable for a liquor store that looks like it's trying to provide a more boutique experience. I look forward to going to tastings here!

Met the owner who was super nice and had a chance to taste some of the amaros they stock. There’s a nice selection of whiskey, wine, and everything in between. Great addition to the neighborhood and I will definitely be back.

This is the best liquor store in town. The staff is super knowledgeable. I really enjoy the wine tastings they host.
