Store is clean and easy to get to. Unfortunately it shares a parking lot with a gym and grocery store so parking can be tight at times.

I love this store and have been able to purchase tools here I would have never been able to afford anywhere else.

Was there and bought several hundred dollars in tools. Awesome customer service from JEN. She was juggling but made sure she addressed my needs and knew where all the products were. I believe the date 1/25/23 all employees that day including cashier very helpful and very friendly. I have been a manager for over 42 consecutive years and would hire any of them. The culture today requires good reviews I will be visiting again to purchase because I am local and will highly recommend this store. It takes time to write reviews and sometime many are quick to find any fault not understanding these stores are a task to keep running thank you for the great team you have at this store.

Have been in construction for years, have bought countless tools. As of recent the quality of the major brands has slipped ,so your just paying for the name. When comparing cost and quality Harbor Freight wins hands down. Why pay twice the price for a name?

Had a great experience. Got their "10 gun electronic safe" and the staff were quick and friendly. They wheeled it out to my car and helped me put it into it. Overall great experience, good customer service and clean looking store.

Great service..hand tools are good, no hassle replacement which is great, I've always used craftsman tools, Pittsburgh are comparable, with the lifetime warranty..and the prices are reasonable..I buy all my tools here including my generators, which I go through at least 2 a year

I like this place because some tools i might only use once a year or less. Like got a tube flaring kit for 15 bucks to fix gas line once or tube wrenches for $9. If i was a mechanic or hvac guy id go buy the better more expensive brands but im not so keeps cost of home projects low

Excellent selection, and wonderful employees! We were looking at some tool boxes, and one of the employees came up and asked if we needed assistance and was extremely helpful.

Great for diys, you just have to use common sense when it comes to some of the tools. The old, if its to Good to be true, it probably is, applies here. Don't expect to pay 10.00 and get 8 years of use. Staff is great in killingly, CT. Worcester, MA, not so much.

This store has everything I need for my kayak repairs and projects. Their tools are top notch for a fraction of what the brand name tools would cost. Their cordless tools (Bauer & Hercules) are on par with the big brands (such as Snap-On and Milwaukee). This is my go-to place for power tools and other tool items.

I love looking around in there. You are things you have not seen in other places. I love some of their free give a ways. Sales are good sometimes.

Great discount tools, has more than meets the eye. It is easy to see things you might not notice at other hardware places, the staff is helpful too.
