Amarante's Winter Wonderland

This was great! So glad we stopped on our way home, such a cool display. The hot cocoa with the works was the way to go. Very cute display for families.

Absolutely beautiful lights for a quick visit, especially for kids who can't handle long drawn out trips and waiting. No crazy lines except parking but you don't have to wait long for a spot. The cocoa was delicious and I love how they set up donations for local causes

If you like Christmas lights you need to swing by here. They have a donation box if you would like to help support them financially.

As usual they did a great job. The lights were wonderful. We went after Christmas, and there were not many people there. We were able to go really slow and enjoy each light and able to take pictures without feeling guilty that we were taking up other people's space. Definitely a great place to bring your children and it's free. Don't forget to stop and get your hot chocolate! It was yummy. The picture you see is from the main road, not inside. It's just as beautiful out there as it is inside!

Such an incredibly beautiful setup! Our kids loved it! The hot chocolate at the little market, along with all the other goodies, just makes the experience perfect! We can't wait to go back next year as it's quickly become a tradition for us!

Absolutely beautiful place to visit! There is only street parking which can be busy but besides that, it's a great local attraction. Free admission but you can make a donation. They also have a cute new shop with kettle corn and hot chocolate to purchase as well as ornaments, shirts, and other goods.

The most amazing beautiful light display I've ever seen!!! You can walk around the whole display in a path and see everything up close. Lots of places to take pics along the way. They have santa there on Sunday's. They have free hot chocolate and cookies. They also have delicious kettle corn. There's no charge to get in but at the end you can make a donation to a few different charities. We live an hour away and it was definitely worth the drive. Can't wait to take my parents here when they come up from FL. for Christmas. This is our new go to place for Christmas lights every year!!

Lots of parking and a great free show to take the family to. Just the right size for walking those little ones through too!

Sweet little Christmas Light spot in NE CT. This is family's yard lit up to the max. We went last night with grandchildren age 5 & 7. We picked up hot cocoa at DD but learned they sell hot cocoa there. Definitely worth a trip. Daniel Amarante was greeting all of us at the entrance. Stop by & visit ❤.

What a wonderful place to bring your family and take in the sights, it's completely free and it's honestly beautiful and breathtaking.

Great Christmas lights and holiday music display

Very nice, walk through of Christmas lights decorated all the way. No spot let untouched with light. Enjoy hot cocoa and cookies for reasonable extra charge.

It's a big private property/family home and they open their gate to the public to come in and view their BEAUTIFUL Xmas lights that adorns every inch of their house and yard space for FREE! All they ask for is donations. You can also take pictures with SANTA! They have a gift shop that serves hot chocolate and kettle popped corn as well..best I ever tasted. Friendly, polite and plenty of parking. It's a MUST for the family. DRESS WARM..It is ALL outdoors. P.S. No restrooms.

If you want some fun, relaxing family time, Amarante's provides it. Dress warm and wear appropriate shoes for being outside in the cold.

Winter wonderland with wonderful host and music lights everywhere, and no charge, but donations accepted for upkeep and expenses, plus charitable contribution boxes as well.
A very classy and well maintained , MUST SEE TO APRECIATE.

This place is amaaaaazing! A great place to stop by for some holiday cheer. The amount of detail and love put in to the light displays here really show. The paths are paved for you to wander through the winter wonderland as high spirited xmas music plays. It's free but donations are accepted as well. Parking is tricky but there's space to be found on the streets. You might have to walk a bit but it's worth it.

I love this!!! Every year it gets better, and it's awesome that they set up donation boxes at the front entry. I highly recommend stopping by to enhance your holiday spirit. (photos from 2018)
