When the 45 min drive turns into a closed greenhouse, good vegan/plant based food can turn the day into a win. Very good food and a lovely location. This is just what you need in this busy area. Just a few miles from the intersection of RT395 and RT101 in Killingly.

This was the first time I’ve been here and I’m very impressed! I had the tuna wrap and it was packed with veggies and flavor. It was so big my dad and I split it. We all had the peaches and cream smoothie made with oat milk. It was so smooth, creamy and dairy free! My mom had the beet grilled cheese (which I tried 😅) and it was delicious as well! As a bonus, this has the be the first restaurant I’ve been to were the food looks exactly like the pictures on the menu/online. We all will be returning for sure 😊

Decided to take a drive out to Danielson Connecticut to try The Heirloom Food Company so glad we did! First off the place is charming outside and in. Decks and terraces for outdoor seating along with ample indoor space. Plenty of free parking as well. I was thrilled to see several choices of smoothies that didn’t contain banana. Opted for the Raw Chocolate Medjool smoothie. Thick, creamy and decadently delicious. Made with raw cacao, avocado, medjool dates, soy milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt yum! (I may have tossed the straw, the better to savor that rich creamy goodness) I had the Beta Burger patty house made with lentils, beets, brown rice and almonds super flavorful served on a delicious sprouted wheat bun with fresh crisp veggies and a killer vegan dill mayo. Needless to say I was very pleased with my choice. My husband went for the Buddha Bowl, Chickpea salad, sliced avocado, shredded carrots, cabbage, and vegan curry "mock chick" salad, over brown rice, topped with sesame seeds and drizzled with almond maple sauce. He loved it. I did some sampling of his have to say it was awesome! My eyes may have rolled back in my head in happiness upon tasting that almond maple sauce. They have a nice selection of vegan dessert goodies went for the cowboy cookies. Crisp with just the right amount of sweetness perfect way to end our meal. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful as well. You place your order at the counter and they bring it to you. We will happily make the trip which is an hour each way again.

Cafe looks like a cute old house. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and tons of baked goods. I had the vegetarian ruben and it was packed with flavor. I will definitely be back.

We were invited to go to Logee’s Greenhouses and have lunch here. You order at the counter. Find a table first. The food is organic, local, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. You can get turkey & cheese. We had the Turkey & cheese sandwich that was loaded with avocado, cukes, thinly sliced purple cabbage, grated carrots, lettuce and a delicious dill Mayo. $13 or $13.99 each I believe. We did enjoy it very much. High prices for all sandwiches, bowls, desserts, drinks. High quality, but…I would go back occasionally. Only because of prices.

Exceptionally good black bean burger! Very impressed for my first time eating at a vegan restaurant. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing place! Food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful and it was a cozy spot to eat on a drizzly cool fall day. Great options for vegans and non vegans. If I lived closer, I'd eat here every day!

It was my first time here and I loved it. first I want to say that their whole concept of obtaining fresh “local” produce for their foods is just great. We started with a salad with a dill dressing that was very good and fresh. Then we had the Vegan Rueben that was loaded well and full of flavor. Have plenty of napkins on hand because it’s a real mouthwatering sloppy treat like a Reuben should be :) We had cupcakes, stuffed cookies and muffins that were all moist and loaded with fruit and flavor. We topped it off by taking home some chocolate almond balls. If you love the flavor of marzipan like I do then you will find these simply scrumptious. Add that up with a cool atmosphere inside plus a very friendly staff and you have your answer for a great place to stop for your hunger needs.

This is a fantastic place for lunch or an early dinner - there are lots of vegan options, including desserts. I've been here many times and I've never had a bad meal. The grilled cheeses are such an awesome vegan option and the desserts are perfection. (I was SO excited to find a vegan cream egg for Easter!) The smoothies are DELICIOUS. Every time I've been in, staff have been kind, welcoming and personable, the service is excellent. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, local food with a creative flair, vegan or not!

Impressive V,GF meals and treats that are delicious, BUT I always get the Turkey-Veggie-Avocado on Sourdough that's killer good!!! ... Wait, that's real turkey right?! ...ok I just looked up the menu😋 Everything is vegan except the turkey and tuna sandwiches.

I’ve been coming here for years and the food and service are always outstanding.
I crave the Buddha bowl and need it from time to time . I wish could eat here every day !

Consistent and kind, I never have a problem with Heirloom's food or service. The employees are always very sweet. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Warm friendly clean and cool environment. Not many places like this. Food was also healthy and delicious coming from someone who is not vegan.

Nor fully vegan as they serve animal carcasses but its great to have vegan options in this area atleast. The raw chocolate medjool smoothie was on the best smoothies I have ever ordered out (and I do so daily across the U.S.

What a lovely place, I was surprised to find this hidden gem in an unexpected part of CT. Numerous wonderful homemade vegan wraps, sandwiches, veggie burgers, great coffee/espresso, and an assortment of appealing vegan desserts available at the counter too. The inside is fabulous and comfy, not at all cramped. Beautiful plants inside, I could have stayed for hours working.

I travel back and fourth from Brooklyn and Connecticut and I have never noticed this spot before. I am so glad I found it! I ordered the Buddha vegan bowl, it was so fresh, delicious and healthy.

First time going there it was quite an amazing experience. The food was unbelievable. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable.
