At the last minute we realized that our online order was completely messed up. We find this out on Christmas Eve. I went into the store and those ladies performed a Christmas miracle! I will never use another store for my cell service again! They went above and beyond to help me aAmy and Tatiana thank you so kuch nd I will forever be grateful!

Trey and his manager Amy were absolutely fantastic!! I will certainly continue my current and future business with their store. Their knowledge and expertise in Verizon and its many fantastic products and services certainly made it worth the 1 hour drive!! Amy also did a wonderful job explaining details of the how and why to her employee when he asked her a question in order to further help us -I noticed she was VERY professional and courteous as a co-worker. Everyone should have a manager Amy. ☺

Tre was the reason our visit was superb. He is knowledgeable, accurate, fast, kind, trustworthy.

They were extremely helpful for this traveler who forgot her charger. Also replaced my screen protector with a liquid screen protector. Hopefully, it will work as great as my old protector.

Trezhon is a great representative for Verizon. He’s knowledgeable, informative, courteous, friendly, and professional.

Amy, the store manager, was very helpful. She never made me feel rushed, although other customers were in the store. She spoke to everyone and was able to multi task between customers, making good use of her time. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Loren was so very helpful!! I have never seen anyone multitask like her! She was able to take care of multiple customers with all different needs and truly showed compassion even with unforeseen difficulties!

Highly recommend this place. Both individuals Loren and Amy who I spoke with were both friendly and helpful. I went in thinking it was going to take forever and the people inside were going to be awful. But it was nothing like that at all. They were the definition of customer service and customer satisfaction. 10/10 and all of the stars.

My name is Jay. Went in the store to buy a new phone because mine was not working right. Richard the sales rep greeted me as I came in the door asked if he could help me. Told him I needed to get a new phone mines not working right. Asked could he see it with in minutes figured out what was wrong. A phone cleaner app was shutting down my phone. Point is he could have sold me a phone but instead took the time to check it out and I greatly appreciated that. So I bought my wife a watch with the money he saved me. Now he's fixing to head up a store in sikeston Missouri. Thanks again and good luck.
