Customer service was amazing Jeffrey really came through with the sub wasn’t stingy with the toppings or sauce at all!! Was the best one I ever had! And the everything was so clean, stocked, and well put together..Definitely will be back 10/10!!!

Are you looking for an amazing experience at an gas station? What about having a plethor of options for snacks, drinks, food, etc.? How about a Subway, Wendy's or some store food for a trip on the road? Did you just take a long drive and want to take a shower? Then look no further, this is the place to be. You have all the amenities that you could possibly need. I recommend buying all your convenience items. If you are a truck driver, they have what you need so stop away.

I travel a lot and gonna say I loved this place. A lot of trash cans everywhere, 3ven near parking lots, clean restrooms, polite stuff, good prices and fresh food. 5 stars 👍

The service was amazing here! We came here to buy lottery tickets and they sell them here for super cheap and a good deal! The gas prices are cheap and they have road trip stuff here for good and affordable prices. The staff is super friendly and if you ever come on a road trip and need to make a stop then definitely come to this gas station

I am just traveling through, I must say this was the BEST PILOT I have came across so far while traveling. The service was awesome. The food was fresh and the restrooms where super clean. Custormer service was phenomenal the music on the over head had me dancing from the time I came in to the time I hit the exit door must I add the employees were very welcoming. If ever back in KY this will be my location to do my 10hr restart.

Large parking and gas intake area. Clean, brightly lit convenience store with multiple chain fast foods attached. Clean restrooms, easy in and out from the highway. Competitive gas prices

No problems at all. Good store and good staff. A funny thing happened tho, I swear I recently saw an employee clock out at the end of his shift one night then go outside to the woods and then step into a circle of blue light and disappear.

This truck stop was great. The store was very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean a d they was very busy not like they had no business. I give this store a 5 star rating for the hars work that the store staff puts into the store. The coffee bar was clean and stocked as was the soda bar. There food area was fully stocked a d full. There drink area was fully stocked a d full as well. Thank you Pilot for this store crew.

Friendly staff at the truck stop, didn't order subway, but did get Wendy's and that was nice. Bathrooms were clean, and floors were mopped. Workers kept busy when no one in line, I watched while I done laundry.

Ms Bailey is very Hot!! This location is amazing, it's clean, very friendly staff the parking lot is huge, the showers are at that perfect temperature to help you relax, and the merchandise are at a reasonable and affordable price. The TransFlo machine is behind the cashier just ask for them to do it for you. The subway and Wendy's employees are humorous and friendly. Did I forget to mention that Ms Bailey is gorgeous ❤💕!! Also Mrs Melissa is a sweetheart and very informative and I appreciate her help.

I seen her manage two registers to get the long line moving. Delightful personality with the greeting. Making this Pilot one of the best locations.

This place is massive and it have everything your little heart desires when it come to food and drinks. My unit stops here regularly if we have to go through this area. The facility is clean and kept that way, the employees are pleasant to talk to, and the atmosphere is very open and nice.

Absolutely love this Pilot! Not only is it right off the exit but it also has a Subway and Wendy's. If you need to take a shower of course they got you covered! Pilot is one of those great chains you can count on. This on just happens to be right by Ft. Campbell and is clean and busy. Got to love cheaper gas... check them out you won't be disappointed!

I'm always able to get in and out very quickly. Staff is very friendly and still stay very quick and handling the registers. Coffee is great! Sometimes I will drive out of my way to go get some coffee
