Holiday Inn Express Fort Campbell-Oak Grove

Very comfortable stay. Wonderfully comfy beds. Delicious breakfast including biscuits and gravy, two types of sausage, scrambled eggs, hot cinnamon rolls, cereals, yogurt, omelettes, pancakes, coffee, milk, juices, and soft drinks. Lovely staff, especially Latisha at the front desk. Pardon me if I misspelled your name. This will be my go to hotel when I want to spend time with my soldier and his family. There was a beautiful pool that was not working while we were there, but we didn’t want to swim anyway. It was clear and clean and the area was gorgeous for an indoor pool. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms with friendly staff. Some restaurants in the area if you're hungry. I'd probably avoid the Denny's though. The waffle house across the street is probably better

This hotel has been my go to hotel in 2023 with the best amenities in the Ft Campbell & Clarksville area. Conveniently located by the military base and gaming center, Holiday Inn is one of the best hotels you can stay in this area when compared to the other hotels nearby. Complimentary breakfast (every day) and dinners (Monday to Thursday) were always delicious, well displayed, and a money safer. Customer service was always excellent. If there were any criticisms, they were easily dismissed due to the benefits of staying here. It can get loud if your room is located on the lower floors and facing the roadway being located near a very busy road & highway. Yet we always rise early and stay up late due to our busy schedules, so we didn't acknowledge the sounds outside the building. The beds are small - full size - (if you have two beds in a room and are not sleeping alone) - very uncomfortable if you move around a lot in your sleep beside your partner and are both accustomed to having a side table on both sides. I suggest a king size.

Breakfast is always delicious and I love that they have milk in individual bottles to take for your convenience. I love the vast options they provide. If you want to avoid the crowds, go early at 6 AM when they open. I wanted to have coffee by the pool side but the pool area is locked up until 8 AM. Dinner is always delicious. We loved the taco buffet they had for dinner during one of our stays. The lobby area is comfortable with a lot of sunlight. We have stayed in different hotels nearby yet they dim in comparison to this hotel.

I'm here from the casino lost all my money and Tanisha, Shawana, & Amir were all so welcoming. The room was so nice and clean. The building as a whole is really nice for it to be an older building.

We love this location for our weekend get aways. It's close to home but still away from it. The staff has always been friendly and the food amazing both the breakfast and dinner.

Friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Rooms are a bit small but, breakfast is included as well as a dinner M-Th. Indoor pool is nice but a bit chilly during our stay in May. Convenient location to Ft. Campbell.

Awesome front desk was kind and helpful. The pool was wonderful. Bathrooms could be cleaned better and dusting needs to be done seriously but you see that in all hotels. If holiday express reads this contact me please. Just look at your pictures and lamps. Also the maps are touched more than anything so are the light switches and the light switches looked like they have never been clean.

Rooms are clean and modern, water is hot with great pressure. My son says the fitness room is large and filled with all the stuff to get a good workout. Breakfast was amazing.

Definitely the best hotel we've stayed at on our road trip.

Amazing customer service! The staff really takes pride in their jobs at this location and it shows!! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman working breakfast was unbelievably nice. His work station was clean and well organized! He kept everything stocked! A special thank you goes to the staff and general manager! My 3yo left her beloved stuffed animal behind, they found it and shipped it back to us! I can not thank you enough!! If we ever pass through the area again we will most defiantly be staying at this location again!! Thanks a bunch for a great stay!

The location is perfect since it's close to the freeway so it's easy to get to. The customer service and the hotel feels like you're at a Holiday Inn-always great and with a smile! My family and I stayed just for a night but we had a very restful night. The room we were in is pretty decent with two full beds, no smoking, free WiFi, and free shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower too! Pretty cool addition to this room! I also like that our room is close to the laundry machine at the second floor! They have a nice Continental breakfast but we didn't get to eat here since the family wanted something else 😁 but we'll definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff was friendly. I did use the gym and pool during my stay, and both areas were clean. I would suggest something to sanitize the gym equipment after use. The wipes are small and barely moist.

Other than that the room was clean and stocked.

I absolutely loved my stay here! What I loved the most about it was the staff. I stayed there for 1 week and we developed a personal relationship. I used hot sauce every morning for my breakfast, so much it could clear out an entire room lol so they gave me the nickname hot sauce. It wasn't just one staff member it was the majority of them and that's what made it so special; I felt like I was surrounded by family. They have free breakfast and dinners which is a first I've ever experienced in any hotel, normally its just breakfast. They leave coco and coffee out all day and night for those who would like some and also a variety of homemade juices, waters, and teas. They have a heated pool which is also nice especially due to the face its cold outside this time of year. Also the rooms are spacious and clean. I could go on and on but I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Been awhile since We all stayed here but after staying at a few other hotels I keep thinking back to this one. One of the best stays we ever had and I never had a chance to give a great well deserved review. Great staff here very welcoming I will never forget the little Mexican lady serving our huge family at that big table the very best breakfast. Anyway I forgot to say thanks for the great stay.

It wasn’t great, it was amazing!!! Sonia and Robin booked me when I came from another hotel that disappointed me. They were so nice and the breakfast was delicious. Never went to a Holiday Inn and this was a great experience. 10/10 Would recommend

This is my home away from home when visiting my son at Ft. Campbell! I love the rooms, the service and the staff! Thank you all for another great stay!

Yep I'm back with another reviews and you know I give it to you with no sugar coating. STAY HERE IF YOUR TRAVELING, THIS PLACE IS LEGIT. We pulled up to the place and it was right off the highway which is nice.

Walked in and was greeted right away by they nice lady at the desk. Check was fast and the service was spot on. That's what you want at a hotel and need. Great service! The lobby was nice and clean and smells great. You must give it a smell test.

The Lobby:
After check in they offer a nice small meal you can eat that was pretty good. It was chicken and tuna salad sandwiches with chips, and drink. They had brownies but they smelled wired but tasted ok. So I ate the corner and threw it away.i smelled like they baked it in the same over with chicken at the same time. They do have different stuff each night. Lol

The Room:
I was in room 121 and the walk to the room smelled nice, did I mention that! Entering the room it was nice, clean, big king bed, and very roomy. The chairs are nice and comfy. Now the bed, Geez. You might want to bring your own bed cause this bed was IMO a bit hard. Now some might like sleeping plank style, but don't let that scare you.

It was quite in the hotel, I got good sleep. The AC works great, many lights, TV was good and had many channels.

Breakfast:
Breakfast was great and they had all types of stuff to eat and you can find something for each person. They did serve due to THE COVID haha, so you can't fill your plate like a savage lolol. You can go back for more.

All in all the service and hotel was very nice and staff is friendly to everyone. I would have told you if they place was a dump that reminded you of your sketchy days in college.This is a GREAT place to stay.

This Holiday Inn Express had everything that you would come to expect from this company. First of all, it was easy to find with a decent navigaton device. Both Google Navigation and my in-vehicle device had no problems. Upon arriving, I noticed a One-Way in and One-Way out type of entrance, and a parking area that was sufficient, but not overly abundant. Easy access to the front desk, with auto-open doors, and elevators conveniently located within a few feet of the entrance made for a quick check-in. The indoor pool, small fitness area, and access to computers, are all right on par with expectations. The rooms seem clean, and well kept. Internet, TV, and phone all worked well. The rooms were supplied properly with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and an iron. Overall, this hotel had EXACTLY what you would expect from a decent hotel. If this hotel is in the area that you are visiting, you will not do wrong by staying there.

The location is good. Our room wasn't clean, I found a tobacco can underneath the bed. And though it was labeled as a non-smoking room, it had definitely been smoked in. Not the best stay, but by no means the worst. Their biscuits and gravy were AWESOME.
