Candlewood Suites Fort Campbell - Oak Grove, an IHG Hotel

Everything was great! Front desk and housekeeping are always pleasant! Room is always clean. Would recommend to anyone!

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times. The facilities are very nice with an inground pool. Theres is also a covered area with several tables and a grill to cook on. There is a coffee station with several types of creamer and a nice foyer area. We stay in the 1 bedroom suite with the living room and kitchen. There is plenty of room to relax for a family of 4 including our little dog. It's a great stay for a long weekend. Beds are comfortable the couch pulls out into a bed. The shower water was hot.

The front desk was excellent and the housekeeping staff cleans my room good they also helps with issues that I do have

We stayed overnight on 7/29/2023. Room was immaculate and fully restocked. Front desk and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was fully booked on the night of our stay and it was amazingly quiet. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay the night for a concert at the casino. Fantastic location. Rooms are nice, large, well-stocked, and clean. Absolutely the nicest staff I have ever encountered in my travels. Everyone we spoke to was genuinely kind. Will definitely stay here again.

The Manager January & entire staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, quite refreshing to find that leve of customer service these days!! This hotel is very nice, rooms clean, quiet and comfortable with fitness room & laundry facilities available. This will be our hotel of choice for all our future visits to the area.

Even though it didn't have a breakfast, I would be happy to stay here again. The hotel was SPOTLESS, it was obvious the staff cared. The staff, all of them, were some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever seen. The phone would ring and the staff, ALL of them, would spring into action to take care of that guest. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed being there. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved being able to cook healthy meals like at home. The room was spotless, great towels, awesome large desk for work, great internet... I worked from my room easily the whole time. The staff deserve gold stars!!

Nice hotel. Surprised at how quiet it was here at night considering the amount of vehicles in the lot. Room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Great staff.

Front desk people very good -- competent and polite, fast check in and check out, room very clean, everything works, all the amenities I care for, especially loved the huge desk: I wish more hotel rooms had huge desks in them. I didn't use the gym or the pool this time but I would have every confidence that they would be good based on my experience.

We stayed here for right about 2 weeks waiting on our house on Fort Campbell. We ran into a few issues with our reservation and billing and I can't say enough good things about one of the managers Robin! She was so kind and polite even when I was a little stressed and overreactive about the situation. She stayed on top of things following up with either phone calls or emails and didn't forget about us until the job was taken care of. She is the reason I will be back to this location and have my family their when they come to visit, I feel confident if anything funky comes up again she can solve it for us.

I came early hoping to get a room but didnt think i would but to my surprise the staff who is both professional and courteous got me in a room immediately. The general manager was super nice and made me feel welcome right away. The room was very spacious and comfortable and well equipped wirh everything that you need. The bed linens were crisp and the room was immaculate i would recommend this hotel to everyone. If you are looking foe a great place to stay don't hesitate to stay here.

This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Applause for "Lisa" who did my housekeeping. The staff was friendly, and helpful.

There was ample kitchen supplies in my suite. Enough dishes, and silverware, pots n pans. You can even get crock pots if needed. There is also a gas grill out back near the pool for guest use.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staying at this Hotel for a Weekend getaway for My Hunni & I was the Best thing We have done in a Long Long time..The Staff are all Sweethearts, Especially the Lovely Ladies at the desk! The peace & gentleness of the staff makes You feel like Family! Everything one needs is at the Hotel.We left our toothbrushes but the staff told Us to not buy any cause they would send some to our room & they did immediately..The Beds we're so comfortable, the whole vibe of the room We had made Us feel so at home..Food spots were in waking distance & entertainment was just 2 miles down the road! I fell in Love with the Lovely gym & the updated equipment in it, We Definitely Will be having this Hotel in our sites Again when we need a Lil getaway! Stayed the evening of June 16, 2022. Very pleasant check-in they take dogs which was great. The room was amazingly clean the facilities are outstanding, with very friendly service. No issues at all. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very modern, well furnished for for you extended or overnight stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great location with Lots of shopping Close to the hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful, Robin made my stay the best i Highly recommend and I will be returning
