The UPS Store

The Ladies working in this UPS are really fast, always giving an awesome service, and in a friendly manner. The store is across the street from Lego Land. It has plenty of parking, and it's accessible for people with special needs. Opens Sundays. It's in the same mall of Publix, Subway, Chase Bank, and China Garden. Thank you for your excellent service UPS.

I am always greeted when entering. This store is very pleasant and efficient. When it is very busy, they process customers as efficiently as possible. I understand there may be a wait, but I know I will soon be called to the counter. We all need to be patient.

Sometimes a line, but usually goes fast. From my experiences at this Winter Haven location it was fast service with returning my Amazon errors and sending grandkids packages. Pleasant staff and friendly. Sorry to say I have seen some displeased customers, but they didn’t have what they needed to finish the transactions, that isn’t the staffs fault. Thank you for being in our area. It is a convenient location.

By far the best shipping experience I know. I used another Federal carrier and both times my packages arrived a month after Christmas...mailed 12/1.
If you want expert service, although a bit pricier, and excellent staff there to help; check out UPS.

I have had a box here and used this store for shipping and mailing for probably 10 years. They are wonderful. Even when they are so busy they would have reason to be stressed and impatient, they are not. Always patient and friendly, ready and willing to answer your questions and handle your needs. And when my package is heavy, they carry it out to the car for me. They know the meaning of "Customer Service."

Excellent service!!! After realizing that there’s no way I would be able to make it to the store in time, I decided to call and without hesitation the young lady on the phone said “don’t worry, you can bring the package and we will make sure to unlock the door when you get here.” It happened to have been a rainy day and the last thing I wanted to have to do is speed for a package. When I arrived at the store the two young ladies closing on 8/21/20 welcomed me with a big smile and made sure I was taken care of. These two staff truly exemplified amazing customer service and it truly made my day.

This place is perfectly fine. Should be 5 star, Superior service every time I visit, and I visit quite often as I tend to do most of my shopping online and send items out. They rock! Ignore the negative comments

Absolutely the best service anywhere. On multiple occasions they have far exceeded any expectations of mine. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Judy is a superstar employee who goes above and beyond to ensure an extremely pleasant and prompt experience! Hands down the most helpful service anywhere! If you need witnesses or notary for notarized documents, they provide good pricing.

Also, when I send things back to Amazon, I haven't had any issues as far as items getting lost.

I have been trusting the staff at UPS Store in Winter Haven with shipping out my expensive, very breakable art for 3 years and they have never disappointed me. They pack my art for me and my customers have mentioned how impressed they are with the expert packing. Every piece (over 130 in 3 years) have arrived perfectly.

I love going to this location. Most UPS store visits are a terrible experience, but I have never been let down here. I use this store daily and the employees are always pleasant and friendly. They are well staffed and it's never too long of a wait, even when its busy. A+

I showed up in this store ,not sure how to do the process of getting my label printed there from an email, and they were very helpful and efficient with me while taking care of other customers at the same time. There was about 4/5 customers in the store

Went in yesterday to drop off a package that I needed to ship. Chelsy answered all my questions and helped me figure out the best shipping options. I'm very appreciative of how nice they were. I'll definitely be using them in the future!

I don't know why this store has bad reviews on Google, I have been to there on many occasions shipping items across the globe and have had nothing but great service from the ladies that work there. The gentlemen that worked at the store was not my cup of tea but the young lady Audrey takes charge. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for any and all shipping needs

The lady who works there was nice. They even taped my packages to where other UPS' have charged me for tape! Glad to have found a place where I can go and know I will get good customer service!

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I've used this service many times over the years and never had a bad experience. The people have always been at the very least polite, sometimes quite friendly, depending who you get. Packages always arrive at their destination as expected. No problems.

Sabrina always takes great care of my needs when I am there. Keep up the good work!
