A young lady named Gabby in electronics helped us with a new phone! She set it up for me and made sure I had the things I needed to be fully prepared to use my phone! Thank you! Excellent employee!!

Everyone knows that shopping the night before Thanksgiving is chaotic! I had a few last minute things to grab but I’d forgotten my wallet at home. So, I walked into the store and asked an employee if I could pay at the register with my phone. She said yes and that she’d seen people pay with their phones before! (Unfortunately , she didn’t realize I was referring to my iPhone wallet and I didn’t realizing she was referring to the Walmart app. Miscommunication on both our ends)

I worked all day and had just driven two hours. I had a headache and I was hungry. I just wasn’t in the best mood and the store was packed. Either way, I grabbed what I needed and finally made it to a self checkout.

When I tried to pay, my iPhone wallet wasn’t working. I found an employee for help and that’s when I realized, iPhone wallet doesn’t work at Walmart registers. So, we ended up grabbing a manager named Lisa.

I was obviously frustrated but she was able to put a smile on my face. She asked if I had cash app and offered to pay for my purchase if I was willing to cash app her the amount.

This is not something that is in her job description. She went out of her way to demonstrate kindness to a complete stranger.

This Thanksgiving Season, I am thankful for Lisa and people like her. Her act of kindness reminded me that there is good in the world.

Very sweet cashier's. 😊 Pharmacy worked hard getting my scripts transferred in from another state. The store was clean and organized. Loved it.

It's almost like every other Wal-Mart. It's close to my destination. A convenience place with major things that you may need everyday. Salon pharmacy lenses and auto maintenance. Electronics food bakery and pick up and customer service. It's open 24 hours and always convenient. Although cashier's May not be the top of the class ( they are overworked and under appreciated) I recommend cutting hair here. Associates are nice in salon. Visit food isles as well.

Bartow , Florida Wal-Mart managers and cashier's are so nice to me.. They are always willing to help me . Also for shop with a cop Wal-Mart staff made me and my son so happy with love. I love Bartow, Florida Walmart 🥰🥰🥰❤

It went very well, I got what I needed and what I will need. The best part is when you go to pay is super fast with the self check out.

Everything was in order friendly customer service a lot was available fresh food fresh meat plenty of paying options and a lot of disability options for the disabled can go wrong

It's Walmart. They have most everything you need from automotive to pharmacy and everything in between. All the shelves were well stocked and the prices reasonable.

Very nice customer service and the self checkout lines are very nice. Very clean and not overly busy.

We were traveling through headed to the airport in Miami to get our grandson home. On the way, we hit a HUGE piece of metal in the road and ruined our tire. We changed the tire on the side of the road and headed to Walmart to try and get a new tire. (We had an almost 7 hour round trip drive). Thankfully, we met the best employees EVER!!!! Luis was quick to help, got us in and had a new tire put on in record time. Amber also helped us get in and out quickly. The customer service here was BEYOND OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond!!!! Thanks to their efforts, we made it to the airport on time. Luis and Amber, thank you again!!!

Close to home. Just tried pick-up order and loved it. Will do it again.

Wal-Mart is got most everything u need..lots to choose from..cute clothes..kids toys . . animals stuff for ur cuties at home. Food..garden ..I adore Walmart is super convenient

My recent visit to Walmart was a pleasant experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. They had a wide range of products available, and the prices were competitive. The staff was helpful, although finding assistance at times was a bit challenging due to the store's size. The checkout process could be improved to reduce wait times. Overall, I would recommend shopping at Walmart for its convenience and affordability.

They are Walmart. The staff is friendly. Seems like.they have a few more employees than before so it is easier to get a cart and more self checkouts are opened up.

This location is making big changes. Things look great. Isles were clear. Restrooms were clean. Check out was swift. I was here twice in one day. Both times I was greeted by staff, at both lawn and home entrances. Even made an exchange. As employees talked behind the counter, one abruptly stopped and waved me in for my exchange, no wait. Great experience.
