I had a fantastic experience at Bartow Ford after bringing in my car following an auto accident. Dean, my initial contact, was incredibly helpful and did a great job explaining the repair process. The team did a wonderful job fixing my fender and bumper, and I appreciated the updates they sent me as my car progressed through the repair stages. Overall, Bartow Ford provided top-notch customer service and quality work on my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I purchased my first brand new vehicle (Ford Maverick) from Bartow Ford. It was easy to order and came sooner than expected. I haven’t had an issues with services done either.

The owner of Bartow Ford spoke to me about the vehicle I was purchasing, and about past outstanding efforts by the service department. I once had an oil change done at 4pm, without an appointment, and since it was time for a transmission flush, they did it the same day and had it finished in three hours. The service manager told me, at the time, that other dealerships go to great lengths to try to attract new customers, but then lose potential repeat purchases because of poor service and short staffing.

Bartow Ford hands down has excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a new car go see Chuck he is excellent. I’ve bought 3 cars from Bartow Ford and I can’t see myself going anywhere else. They treat you like family.

We had purchased our previous vehicle from Bartow Ford and Ben Farmer. We were pleased with the service and support. When our vehicle was determined to be damaged beyond repair we contacted Ben and ordered a new one. It came in and we are happy with the whole ordering and purchasing of the vehicle. He has now ordered another vehicle for us.

For years I've seen and heard advertising about how Bartow Ford is different and that they treat you like family. I am happy to say that I gave them an opportunity to prove it, and prove it they did! Every person I have come in contact with has been great. My sales rep, Ben Farmer was great and did everything he could to make sure everything went smoothly, and Lolly Harrison in finance was absolutely wonderful. I was very please with my sales experience and look forward to continued excellent service with all departments. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Ask for Tim Garcia, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. All done over text, email and calls. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. It took me 15 months to make a final decision on purchasing a brand new pick-up truck, he had been there with me the whole time with no pressure sales. I truly appreciated him for answering all of my questions with honesty. The day I arrived at Bartow Ford and met Tim and his team for first time after 15 months, they treated me like a family.

Drove to Bartow Ford from Orlando. No dealer markups, no shenanigans, fair trade value, etc. Ian made the process easy. He worked with me on trades before I even met him. Was able to get in, buy my dream vehicle and got out shortly after lunch. All the vehicles there have a special look... super clean, large tires. I'll be back for my next Ford.
