Ruby Tuesday

Wonderful way to celebrate the "out with the old, in with new!" 2023 after church lunch with my husband!
Our hostess Ally was warm and friendly and our server Travis was amazing!!
Food was delicious, hot and abundant!
I had to take the rest if my NY strip steak home with me 😋🫶🏼

I substituted the honey glaze for the grilled salmon. It was cooked perfectly and the best Salmon I've had for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!! Travis was wonderful! Took great care of us and saw to our every need! Will definitely be back soon!!! Woody, the manager, was so friendly!!! Fabulous evperience!! Well done!!!!!!! Croutons and salad bar are always spot on!!!!

Pearl was astounding very very attentive recommended amazing appetizers always topped of our drinks we never had to ask! She was kind welcoming and understanding to what we wanted recommend her when you go you won’t regret it!

Here with friends after an all-day event in Bartow. I had a rewards coupon in the app for a free appetizer which I made use of to get the mozzarella sticks.

One of my friends got the combo platter with ribs, steak and shrimp which he loved and another friend got a big pork chop which she said was a bit spicy but was very good. She had to take some of it home it was too much for her. I got the loaded baked potato soup and salad bar. Enjoyed both, I always love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar. I made two trips.

I also like the fruit teas. I got a raspberry tea.

Staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. At no point were we made to feel rushed. All the items came out in a timely manner. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed with it just a touch of elegance to it.

The service and food was top notch!!
Pearl was the best server we have had in a long time here! She was very attentive with our needs. She had many tables and was still on her toes! The manager Kayla came by and was interested in what we had to say. We stopped coming for a while but after today, we WILL be back!!!

At first, we thought the place was closed (down) when we arrived as we couldn’t see any one inside and there weren’t many cars parked outside for a Saturday lunchtime… but it was opened!
Our server, Travis (?), was great, polite, efficient and proactive with our Coke refills!
The food was delicious. The burgers and the fish n chips were tasty.
The place may need a lick of paint but everything was clean.

My Name is Lisa Jackson and i am From Chicago and i was visited Rudy Tuesday on 1-21 with my Family for a Family Gathering the Food was excellent and on point the services was wonderful the atmosphere was just right. Whenever I come see my family again I will come and surely visit Rudy Tuesday. all the young ladies that was helping out to serve the table wonderful job.

Our waiter Dalton was great. He had a great personality and made us feel right at home. He checked in regularly and made sure our drinks were always full we will definitely be going back. We also talked to his manager Kayla who was also very nice and seemed to be great with her servers. Thank you both, good service isn’t common these days.

My first experience wasn't great. The Regional manager was quick to reach out and make it right. Wow!! I am very impressed. The Store Manager was very nice and courteous. The front of the house manager even offered to help me out to my car with my order. They have daily specials that I will definitely be coming back for!! Ruby Tuesday you definitely what's right in Bartow Florida 😋❤ And... I don't know the name of that sauce that came with the shrimp but it made my taste buds shout like they had the holy ghost!! Amazing!! Y'all gotta try it!!

Steak was flavorful and cooked to the temp I wanted. Someone else from my party had a burger and they said it was one of the better burgers they've had in a while. Our server, Lauren was attentive, efficient,and friendly.

Absolutely had the best customer service from our server Dalton! The food was excellent, I had the hickory bourbon salmon. It was absolutely amazing! Even the managers Sylvia and Kayla made an appearance to check on quality and if we needed anything!

Overall wonderful experience! Tabitha my server, recommended the hickory salmon and it was one of the best pieces of fish I’ve ever had in my life. Also shout out to Kayla for checking in to make sure everything was to our liking!

Today was my first time inside a Ruby Tuesdays and I think I found my new favorite restaurant! The food was amazing my server Travis was amazing at his job he took great care of us suggested great food I have never been treated so great in a restaurant in all my 68 years of life. The managers Kayla and Sylvia were so friendly and welcoming they run a really clean and organized store. I will definitely be back 10/10. Be sure to ask for Travis he made the experience 10 times better!

I’m sending a call out for a great young lady , who treats her customers with courtesy and respect. She is very kind and gentle with the Elder who comes in. I noticed how she interacted with 2 very small young age toddlers. Ruby Tuesday has a Diamond in her. Her name is Pearl, in Bartow Ruby Tuesday. I suggest you ask for this young lady who is skilled and experienced with customer services. Pearl is her name. Say with me PEARL. PEARL

I thoroughly enjoyed our food tonight. We had Cassidy as our server. She was very polite and got us taken care of immediately! Managers Sylvia and Kayla stopped by to check in on everything. Very pleased.

We eat at Ruby’s almost every Tuesday with Family and we sit in the Bar area. Jessica takes care of us the minute we walk in the door. She is always has our drinks ready to go. She pretty much knows what we want. She’s very attentive to not only our table but every table in her area she’s always has a friendly smile and a great attitude! We love her as our waitress.

Very very good on all counts. Pearl was an awesome service person and the food was amazing. We shared a piece of the turtle cheesecake at the end. Even though we were full. Absolutely one of the best pieces I've ever had. ❤

I had such a great experience. Dalton was super attentive and kind. I'd strongly recommend the hickory bourbon salmon. A special shout out to the manager, Sylvia, for coming by and making sure everything was perfect.

Visited this Ruby's the other day with my husband while passing through Bartow. All of the staff was friendly and Kayla the manager came around to make sure everything was good. Glad to see such great customer service still exists.
