AT&T Store

I've been to this location 2x over the past couple of weeks to establish service - the previous reviews were on point! Everyone is always ready to help if they can.
Johnny and Elias are so helpful and professional, they're willing to learn and resolve questions efficiently. I got to overhear their manager handling several customers issues, he was stern when he needed to be, more importantly compassionate and understanding throughout.

This is hands down the best ATT store I have ever been to in Los Angeles. I would recommend coming here and dealing with them over any other location. The manager Bobby has the best team and customer service. Thank you so much for helping!

Ben and the whole team were super helpful! Very friendly and the store energy was so welcoming! They get the job done all while having fun definitely will make this my home store for any issues I have with my phone! Thanks guy

Ben helped me out with my trade-in and getting a holiday deal for a new iphone. He was very patient and clarified all the details we needed to know so that we made sure we got the best deal possible! Loved the service and the polite and professional space.

Jonny is the best AT&T worker I’ve ever dealt with! He was very professional and helpful as well as answered every question i had! I felt very comfortable with him I really hope AT&T do whatever they can to keep him because he’s awesome!!!

I came in recently to ask for help with an upgrade for my phone and Benjamin was amazing and very thorough with all the options available to me. Very professional and had extensive knowledge about the products which made my experience very easy to navigate

I came in to get an upgrade after leaving the Northridge corporate store very unsatisfied and when I came in Ben greeted me and made the process so much easier! I really appreciate everyone at the Winnetka location! This will be my new store from now on.

Had to mention Benjamin. He went above and beyond. I went into labor mid transaction and he delivered my baby while on the clock and still got me the best deal for my phone! Definitely recommend this location, but ask for Ben!

We went in to upgrade one phone and ended up with an even better deal. We upgraded two phones for cheaper than what we were currently paying. Jonny was a great help and extremely patient with our questions. This is definitely the best att in the valley. Next time you go, ask for Jonny. 10/10 experience. Next time I need an upgrade or another phone, I will make sure to come in and ask for Jonny.
