Good India style fast vegetarian food center. It is great to buy groceries and eat food in the same place. Friendly customer service. You get all kinds of Bombay style street food here. And plentiful of sweets and savories to choose. I recommend this place who love India food. Private Parking on back of the store.

🇮🇳 INDIA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - There are many locations of India Sweets & Spices around Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and into Orange County, but not all of these are made equal. In the Valley, there are only two, but the Canoga Park location is by far the best and might challenge for best in the Southland as well. They seem to cook much of their food, which is all vegetarian, like you might find from family members if you are lucky enough to have Indian relatives.

This is the much better of the two, the other is in Northridge. 2 veggie combo special with chapati and rice is only 6.99 and sooo worth it. And don't forget the Indian tea for only a dollar!

I came here to buy black Indian salt and immediately found what I wanted. I also bought shampoo and conditioner. Service is good. Easy to find parking outside. I tried their food at the restaurant inside the store, and it was great! They also have Vegan and vegetarian options here.

They have good grocery options. Along with shopping, you can also enjoy dining 😉

Decent size store and things are mostly available. A good variety to choose from and they make fresh food at the store to go. Had piping hot samosa, straight out of stove and it’s was amazing!

This is a great market an cafe with the largest indian product selection in Los Angeles. Ive been buying dried and jarred spices here for years ans its always a treat coming back for more. The cafe has AMAZING food, all vegetarian/vegan (displays dairy and non dairy for each item). The samosas are the best Ive ever had.

The food is really delicious and you get a lot for your money. I order the $10.99 lunch special and it makes at least 3 or 4 meals. It includes three sides and a generous portion of herbal rice or Jasmin rice (I get half and half) as well, as a chapati, a crispy bread, a samosa and wonderful dipping sauces. Their Vegan Halva is also fab and is offered Wednesdays and Sundays.

Such nice people work here, we got some snacks and chai, the chai was so good. The prices are reasonable. Thank you for being such great human beings, you really made my day. Love this store thank you for great customer service.

This is a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant. The ambiance isn't that great and it looks like a beat down restaurant but the food is fantastic. Super authentic food and the service is excellent too. It's primarily a grocery store but I'm amazed at the quality of food they provide.

Also the portions are pretty big and the prices are cheap when you consider them to other restaurants. $7.99 for a lunch bowl is great value and will easily last you for 2 meals! Will totally visit again if in the neighborhood.

Excellent home made type meal, each dish is prepared with topical specialty. I am vegetarian cook myself so I can say how lovely meal it is.. Best thing about this place is pure vegetarian and can shop all Indian groceries as well. I will strongly recommend this who cares for good food for body. I am so happy.

Feels like indian home cooking. Earthy, honest and real.

The lunches at this place are stunningly good. Chapati bread comes straight out of the oven. One can choose from six or seven entrees, all vegan, all cooked to perfection. Basmati or yellow rice, and of course those pyramid shaped thingies stuffed with peas and potatoes and other veggies. Servers are very kind and accommodating. I'm really just scratching the surface of what they offer. The Masala Dosa looks awesome too. Amazing variety of products available. Oodles of yummy desserts. The cooks here are among the best in the business, everything done to a tee. It would behoove you to give it a try. You shan't be disappointed.

Hands down the best Indian food in the San Fernando Valley. Perhaps even all of LA.

The food here is incredible flavorful and authentic. The store doesn't look like much at a first glance, but the people are kind and friendly and the food is to die for.

I live about 5 min away and have likely eaten here over a hundred times. The samosas are one of a kind. The food here is also incredibly cheap. You can get the lunch deal (available all day) which can feed two people for around $5.

I have no specific recommendations. Try everything.

This is an amazing location for spices and Indian ingredients. They've recently expanded into the retail space next door so they are the size of a small supermarket. They also have takeout food and a very small dining area where you order at the counter and pick it up. No alcohol is served or sold here. Plenty of parking out back. If you are interested in Indian food or Indian ingredients and spices I highly recommend this location
